Would you guys recommend taking Letro on first cycle as AI ?
Firct Cycle:
Age:33
Height: 6'
Weight: 190lbs
BF%: 15%
Training Experience: Off and on since 15 years of age
Diet: recently started eating healthier and cleaner, trying to get in roughly 220 g of protein a day, but not keeping track of my macros. I will do that more efficiently and visit the nutrition forum.
Cycle consists of Test Cyp
wk 1-12 Test cyp 500mg a wk, 2 shots of 250mg (Mondays and Thursdays)
AI: Ar-r Letro as needed,
wk 1- 12 0.25 Ar-r Arimidex eod
PCT:
nolva 40/20/20/20 and clomid 75/50/50/50
2 Questions:
1. I'd like to order HCG but not exactly sure which brand to get, any suggestions?
2. I have puffy nips, which I dont think is gyno. No sensitivity, no hard lump behind the nip. Its more likely glandular tissue mixed with fat causing the puffyness. I'd like to keep letro on hand just in case things get bad seeing as how I may already be susceptible to gyno. This being the case, How much liquid letro is recommended if I feel gyno is going to be a problem? Is letro recommended at all? Im hearing mixed reviews on it entirely.
Thankyou so much guys!Last edited by HelloMcFly; 07-11-2013 at 11:13 PM.

Stick with your adex yes it will just be fat letro is very strong there is a few here that use it as there AI but they have lots of experience with it plus blood work to verify it

Adex is easier to manage. Leave the Letro for gyno management or way later down the road if you have the experience and feel the need to use it

Thanks allot guys. May I ask when is an appropriate time to use letro? When I feel a lump or sensitivity coming on start with the letro as well as the arimidex in unison?
I'm so concerned about gyno I want to make sure I have all my bases covered.
Also HCG . the sticky recommends starting HCG 4 weeks before your cycle ends, but I'm reading that people start hcg at the beginning of their cycle..any recommendations?
Thanks again

Nolva throughout cycle as well if u r prone. There are opinions and stickies for use of nolva on cycle and no use of it until pct. I use it on cycle and sensitivity to estrogen decreases big time. Theoretically u shouldn't need nolva if u have an AI. But jus sayin

Thanks again everyone.
May I ask how much nolva while on cycle and eod I assume in unison with Arimidex or nolva solo?
Sorry for the annoying questions.
Btw Austinite, is that Austin, tx? I'm headed there tomorrow for the British sports car cruise. Woop whoop!

I think you're a bit too worried about gyno... It's something to look for, certainly, but if you get all paranoid and stare at/ poke your nips all day long you're gonna think you have it anyway.
Get bloodwork done on cycle and look for the symptoms but its not as common as I think you believe it is. Ralox is the best for reversal. However, I caught mine early and Letro with Nolva has been working quite well for me!
As far as Nolva on cycle.... It's antiquated protocol. Some choose to use it still. But it used to be used on cy le because there was no such thing as an AI around. There are newer and better drugs out there and SERMS like Nolva should be kept for PCT. if your AI dosing is good that's all you'll need. Some can tell if its too high or low on tier own but if you're worried I would go get bloodwork done to confirm everything

Nolva 20mg/day
A lot of people say its counter intuitive if u have an AI. It all depends on ur body. I've used letro on cycle and still had sensitive nips. I had to up the dosage of letro but then u get letro side effects such as lethargy, headaches, libido issues, etc.
Ive used aDex as high as 1mg/day when 0.25mg EOD wasn't working and slowly increased dose. Still at certain times of the day i would still have sensitive nips. I've had gyno and gyno surgery so my nips and body is super sensitive to estrogen sides. Nolva got rid of any sensitivity. Sometimes u might have to up the dose to 40/day based on sensitivity but 20mg/day is the safe way to go along with an AI.
People will say not to use nolva on cycle, its outdated etc etc but its a safer bet than just an AI alone, Since actual gyno is not reversible regardless of all the "reversible" articles u read. Its actual breast tissue, women don't just lose their breasts after menopause when theres no estrogen floating around. The initial stages def reversible but full blown gyno hard to reverse.
You do need both tho. An AI and nolva.Last edited by Schwarzenegger; 07-14-2013 at 12:41 AM.
