    first cycle advice

    gonna start my first test e cycle. how does it look?

    week 1-12: test e 500mg (250mg monday morning, 250mg thurs night)
    week 1-12: aromasin 12.5 mg every day
    week 3-14: hcg 500 IU every Week
    Week 14 - 15: clomid 50mg everyday
    Week 16 - 17: clomid 25mg everyday



    stats precycle
    6'0 192lbs 15% bf
    5 years natty training


    nutrition
    protein: 300g
    carbs:300g
    fat:70g

    calories:~3000

    will start with 3000 calories and slowly work my way up to 4000 calories by week 4 or 5. is there any advantage in going over 4000?i find myself get fat as fuk whenever i go over 4000(when natty). what changes should i make while on gear?

    training
    on cycle:PHAT
    during pct: PHAT with lower volume

    Add nolva to your PCT 40/20/20/20 IMO.

    Run HCG from week 1.

    Run AI until start of PCT.

    CYCLE LOOKS GOOD!

    would you say nolva and clomid combo is better than clomid alone?

    By far the DIET go 1000kcal above TDEE on cycle, 500 off cycle.

    Pct should look like this:
    Clo: 100/50/50/50
    Nov: 40/40/20/20

    If you find yourself putting on bad weight then either you aren't doing enough cardio or your diet isn't tight enough. When I go 500 over tdee on a bulk, I tend to put on some bad weight but when I stick to 300 a day over tdee I feel that I get better results. Look into carb cycling and checkout the nutrition forum to tighten up your diet numbers. I don't think you need to hit the 4,000 mark to make good gains.

    Interesting. My plan is to start with 12.5mg AI and adjust according to the sides effect experienced.

    This sides you'll likely experience are elevated E2. That study that was quoted in the link was carried out on men NOT using androgens. They were dosed at 25mg per day. The great thing about aromasin is that it is very difficult to crush your E2, as opposed to adex. If 25mg ed is an effective dose for men not using AAS, you can rest assured it will not be too high of a dose for a person on AAS.
