Hi just wondering which gives the best results with injecting Testosterone. Is before a workout(which ever one falls on the injection day) better than right after a workout?
I'm sure there is no big differance but every little bit helps

I like to inject prior as it helps alleviate PIP.

Agree. Doesn't matter. if youre using test suspension then doing it about 1 hour prior may yield a small strength boost but any ester takes some time to get into the blood. Stability ie constant elevation is what's important.
