Substance: Methyandrostenediol
Methandriol Dipropionate (M.D.) is a form of thewater-dissolved Methandriol butit remainseffective for a longer period oftime. On the one hand, Methandriol Dipropionate can be dissolved in oil for injection purposes and, on the otherhand, it is produced in tabletform since itis also effectivewhen taken orallyMethandriol Dipropionate has a strong anabolic and androgenic componentso that it is suitable for the buildup of strength and muscle mass. Theeffect can be compared to a crossbetween Deca-Durabolin and Testosterone enanthate. Like testosterone it contributesto a gain in both strength and muscle but does not retain more water than Deca-Durabolin. The best results can be obtained, however, if Methandriol Dipropionate isnottaken alone but in combination with another steroid. This is because M.D. is able to magnify the effectsof other steroid compounds. Itdoes this byincreasingly sensitizing theandrogenicreceptorsof the muscle cell, allowing a higher amountof thesteroid moleculesof the additionally taken steroidsto be absorbed by thereceptors. This also explainswhyinjectable Methandriol Dipropionate is onlyavailable todayas a combination compound with an additional steroid substance. Injectable Methandriol Dipropionateis onlyavailable in the Australian veterinarysteroids Drive, Spectriol, Geldabol, and Filibol Forte so that procurementof the compound isdifficult. Thefew athletes using thisdrug report good strength gains, a solid muscle gain, and low water retention. The combination steroidsaromatize onlyslightly so, when taking only Methandriol Dipropionate, the useof antiestrogens is perhaps appropriate. The injectable form isonly slightly toxic.
The usual dosagefor athletesis 100 mg every2-3 days. In Europe onlythe oral form of Methandriol Dipropionate is available. Also in thiscase itisbeneficial to combine Methandriol Dipropionate with another steroid, preferablyan injectable one. The normal dailydose is 40-60 mg and is usuallytaken in 2-3 individual doses spread over the day. The tablets are usuallytaken for only 4-6 weeks since the effectdecreases quickly, thus requiring higher dosages. They arealso 17-alpha alkylated so even a low dosageand a shortintake can bedamaging to the liver. Because of itsandrogenic effect women rarely use Methandriol Dipropionate. Possible sideeffects ofthe tablet form can beelevated levels of liver toxins, gastrointestinal pain, acne, gynecomastia, increased aggressiveness, and high blood pressure. Neither the injectablecombination form nor theoral version of Methandriol Dipropionate is normally found on the black market. Those who accidentally find Novandrol from the former Yugoslavia will notice that this compound is not available in tablet form butin dragees which are intended for subglossal intake.
