1st test Cycle - Var or no Var?

Hi guys,

I took your advice earlier this year about jumping into a cycle at 18%bf, and with diet, some oxyelite pro and HIIT cardio I am now sitting about 14%.

Stats:

28yo
89kg
14% bf
3000 Calories per day
Training 5 x per week for past 3 years.

My planned cycle is as follows:

Weeks 1 - 12 250mg Test e x 2 per week
Weeks 3 - 12 250iu HCG x 2 per week

PCT - week 16 - 20

Nolva 20/20/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50

I have aromasin on hand and am contemplating 12.5 mcg EOD for weeks 1-12 but wasn't sure if this was necessary.

My goals are to move towards 10%bf, I know this won't be accomplished in one cycle and is largely diet dependent etc, my diet is squeaky clean, I learned the hard way after blowing out to 18% bf!

The main question I have is if I can add var/clen/t3 to the last 6 weeks of the cycle to help my cut up more?

Looking to start this in a few weeks and would really like to get some solid feedback (good or bad) on HCG dosage, PCT, whether or not to add aromasin and if I should stick to test only or add the var/clen/t3.

I wouldn't use the var. save it for next cycle. T3 is good. I hate clen but others disagree. Felt like snakes crawling in my muscles.

why not use the anavar at the start of your cycle? or even var plus test for the whole cycle?

Someone more experienced should chime in but isn't the clomid really high?

Start HCG from week 1.
go with 40/40/20/20 -Nolva, 75/50/50/50 -Clomid
12.5 mgs eod of Aromasin is not enough. 12.5-25mgs everyday is a good dose. You have to use AI on cycle, it's not an option.

Start PCT 2 weeks after the last shot.
Stop Aromasin day before PCT.
Abort HCG 4 days before PCT.

Don't add anything, use test only. Save var for the 2nd cycle.
Get a blood work done. Plan on getting mid and post PCT blood works.
Donate Blood around week 8.
Get in shape.

Thanks Dexter appreciate the advice mate. Just got another bottle of hcg and more aromasin.
I will leave the Var for my next cycle.

When you say dont add anything, should I leave the clen out at well?

Are my cals ok if the purpose is to cut?

Clen is a not steroid, I wouldn't take Clen in the 1st place personally, especially at 14% body fat.

I'm 5'11" 186 Lbs, I cut with 2200cals. It depends on your metabolism and activity level.

Thanks mate, I'll give it a go without the clen.

I managed to drop from 18% to 14% in about 7 months at 3000 per day so I guess that's probably a good indicator, I'll just assess how I'm going along the way and if I need to decrease I will.
