My surgery is finally booked!!!!! I'm excited and kinda nervous..... Anyone ever had it done while awake with only volume??? That's basically what this dr is saying he's giving me..... Seems kinda freaky but whatever.... Ill post before and after pics.... Btw I was wondering if I should come off all anti esestrogens to make sure he gets it all???

I do not see the point of coming off anti e unless you plan on coming off all together to give yourself a break.
But I would be fearful of tiny metastasized areas that are not big enough to see.

Someone explain to me how one knows when surgery is needed,,is it a growing ball that AIs cant keep at bay?
