Injection selection

I have been having problems with blowing a blood vessel "I think" in my delt when injecting. Go back and forth from both shoulders but shy away from my quads cause straight up I'm a wuss and its sore to walk haha. Any tips. 500mgs wk test e, 250mgs wk deca . Have always believed that site injections is where it is but am I missing out by not utilizing my quads as much?

You need more sites to inject from. I pin chest and delts.
