T3 and construction
Hey guys I'm about to start my third cycle test e 500mg week and I would like to add in some t3 (I'm thinking 50mcg)
My concern is this
I work a physical construction job out in the elements (been 40'c all week) and as it is I sweat from 7-6 every day
I'm wondering if the t3 will push my core temp to the max in this weather ?

Thanks in advance

You would think so but I'm not dropping weight
I must be used to the work I've been doing the same thing for 8 years

Or, perhaps diet. Energy expenditure is not an adaptive function of the body to the degree that it would be significant enough to make a measurable difference.
