Test E cycle only, question on PCT.

I am 24. This will be my first cycle and I am very excited.
Stats: 6'1" 185 lbs 11-12% bf

Training serious for 3 years, heavy weight 6 times a week 16-20 work sets a muscle. Individual muscle per day. Low heart rate cardio 3 times a week.

Diet: Diet has been pretty much on point. 6 meals a day eating 3,700 and maintaining.
Macros: Protein: 277g Carbs: 370g Fat 60g. All kinds of supplements.

Sleep: 7-9hrs a day.

This is the cycle I am planning to do. I will add another 1,000 cal to my diet of lean foods.

Test E 400 mg a week for 10 weeks

Cycle:

Monday 10mg Aromasin/500iu HCG
Tuesday 10mg Aromasin/200mg enanthate
Wednesday 10mg Aromasin
Thursday 10mg Aromasin
Friday 10mg Aromasin/500iu HCG
Saturday 10mg Aromasin/200mg enanthate
Sunday 10mg Aromasin

This is where my question lands. Do I stop the Aromasin and HCG until the esters clear? 2 weeks after last pin? Or how would I do it?

PCT:
Day 1-16. 1,000iu HCG etd.)
100/100/100/50 clomid (50mg taken twice per day weeks 1-3 after aas ester clears)
20mg/20mg/20mg/10mg Aromasin (20mg daily for 3 weeks, 10mg daily in week 4)
3g Vit C every day split in 3 doses
10g creatine daily

Anything else I need to add/switch? What happens if I start getting gyno should I add letro or anything? Anything I need to worry about?
Let me know what you guys think.

You will need to work on the pct, clomid for two weeks at 100mg ed is a bit high..

How about Clomid 70/70/35/35mg ED.

Try doing 100/50/25/25 for clomid, also i would drop the aromasin and get nolva (better for pct). Aromasin is more of an AI

No need to run HCG at 1000iu/week tho 500 will be plenty.(250 twice a week)

Dont run HCG during PCT bro. I did a similar cycle for my first and my PCT consisted of Clomid 100/100/50/50 and Nolva 40/40/20/20. Got bloodwork done 8 weeks later and made a perfect recovery.

post up your diet in the nutrition section before starting...

seriously training for 3 years, 6'1" at 185 lbs... diet needs work.. steroids won't make up for a lack of food..

I don't think I have been slacking with my diet kronik. I am eating a lot and training really hard. I am 11% bf Solid muscle.

are you gaining weight on 3700 kcals ?

There is some evidence that adding Nolva to an AI does not increase the effectiveness of estro control therefore Nolva has no real advantage alongside an AI unless one is experiencing gyno. Additionally Nolva has been shown to reduce igf-1 and GH levels when used alone. This is not a big deal on cycle as testosterone increases igf-1 in a dose dependent relationship. However off cycle this is a problem. PCT is a fragile time and lower igf-1 and GH levels is not desirable.. I just read that from forum.

Not during the PCT but use HCG during the 16 days that ester clears up.

So No AI during the PCT? but switch it to Nolva?

Hcg is run from start of cycle to start of pct.

I have to ask the same question.. Are you gaining weight at 3700 cals?

Your tdee now is around 2600. That's an 1100 cal surplus. Something is not right.

Thanks for the help! I am a hard gainer. Hard for me to gain weight. Just want to make this cycle right. I think at 24 it is sufficient to say that I am old enough to get my first cycle started. Would you keep the AI going through PCT or throw it out and get Nolva. (Notice my previous post about Nolva)

Jim, maybe I have not no doubt about it. But I think it is safe to say I can start a cycle with all the right knowledge. I just ask for forums help to get it all right.

Maybe you have no doubt about what? Do you think you are at your genetic potential or not? Most people have not when they do there first cycle. The main thing here is to make sure your training and nutrition are on par. If they are not you will not only be disappointed with your cycle results and loose any gains you might make during your cycle. With all that said its your choice and to answer your question run your AI right up to pct. discontinue you it once you have started pct. your e should be in check from running the AI during your cycle and you won't be adding exogenous testosterone to your system anymore so aromatization isn't an issue anymore. This way the pct meds can do there job

His macro's in his first post actually only add up to about 3100. (I know it was Kronick who said 3700)

OP you need to eat more to gain. It really is that simple. Up your carbs by 100g a day and see what happens. Add 10lbs of LBM before you consider your cycle.

3128 cals. He's not doing or calculating something right.

Other than worrying about the diet. Cycle should be 12 weeks. Clomid 100/50/50/50. Novla 40/20/20/20. Run armidex for AI Hcg during cycle

vit c at 3g really ? im in my pct and was suggested vit c .. but seriously 3g ? should i bump my vit c.. right nw i jst take one cap at 500mg post workout..

Thank you Jim. I will recalculate my nutrition and add more calories. Running AI up to PCT meaning to run it after my last pin and still for the 14 days whole ester gets out? Same question for the AI do I continue after last pin of test and stop when starting Nolva and Clomid? Thank you. I am trying to gather as much as knowledge as possible. So 400 mg of test for 12 weeks?

During Cycle and stop after last pin of Test or run 14 days when ester get out and then start PCT?
