    need cycle help

    215lb, 6'1 18% bf 36years old
    I have test 400 and 15mg anavar .how should I run my cycle and what should I do for pct? if you could lay out the cycle for me it would be greatly appreciated. I've read so much, some say do this some say do that. my biggest concern is the pct. need help putting it together!

    Are you looking for someone to write your cycle for you? It's best that you research cycles for beginners and propose a full and complete cycle for critique.
