To declare or not to declare? That is the question.

    Hi folks,

I'm heading back to the UK from Asia in a few weeks and I'll be bringing back my 3 month supply of gear as allowed by UK law.

My question is: should I declare my 3 month supply when going through customs or not? I know that as of 23/4/12 we can return with 3 months worth of gear for personal use, but do we still have to declare it?

    Your guidance is much appreciated.

Simple. If you are in a country where it's illegal to possess steroids , do not.

Did you really think that because your destination allows it, you're allowed to leave a county that doesn't?

So, in the UK where possession is legal, citizens can bring gear into their country but not if it is from a country where gear is illegal to possess?

Declare to whom? I think there is a misunderstanding. Do you mean to declare it to the customs of the country where it is illegal to possess?

I wouldn't. If you get caught with it you can then go into your reasoning but I would just avoid the whole subject. Buy some duty free alcohol and claim that instead.

you can declare when entering as long as you bring it with yourself a reasonable dose for personal use.

How many of you who are telling him to declare anabolic steroids have actually done so and are speaking from personal experience?

I would declare it ONLY AND ONLY IF:
It's legal in both country to possess
It's legal in both country to import
It's legal in both country to export
It's legal in both country to buy
and if I MUST declare it.

If no to one of this thing, don't declare it...

This is for the uk but there has been ppl charged with possession because it is a class c it seems the government don't know there own laws it changed when london hosted the Olympics you have to be in your possession now you can't buy on the net hope it helps

    Anabolic steroids and the law
Anabolic steroids are Class C drugs to be sold only by pharmacists with a doctor's prescription.
•It's legal to possess or import steroids as long as they're for personal use. Importation or exportation of steroids for personal use can only be carried out in person. Importation or exportation of steroids for personal use using postal, courier or freight services is now illegal.

•Possession or importing with intent to supply (which includes giving them to friends) is illegal and could lead to 14 years in prison and an unlimited fine.

Many sporting organisations have banned the use of certain steroids. These organisations carry out tests for the banned steroids. If someone tests positive they can be disqualified from competing for certain periods of time, or even banned for life.

    Did you know?
•A conviction for a drug-related offence could have a serious impact. It can stop you visiting certain countries – for example the United States – and limit the types of jobs you can apply for.

Stupid ass laws for steroids . Legalize this shit. Aah. Not even getting into it again :-/. Yeh. Personally I wouldn't declare it. Personal use. Like they have any freakin idea how much personal use CAN be. I mean. Wot. Anything between 1-100+ gs especially given complex multiple compound cycles. ****ers would gawp if top pro bb walked through with their three month supply.
