    Having big PIP...

First day was pretty ok but this night has been a nightmare, and still is this morning.
Pinned on shoulders (4th week), moving the arm is somehow painful, i cannot train like this.

Dont have fever, its not swollen or red, no lumps... any ideas on whats happening?

Pip sucks and its just part of aas. Your injecting fluid in an area which can stretch the fascia and just irritate the area in general. I have pinned for years and still get pip. Not like the first few cycles but its still there

try splitting it up into 2 pins/week

you get more stable blood serum levels = better gains

and you pin less volume = less PIP

Due to work i dont have much spare time right now, thats why i pin once. The best i could do would be 2 pins on the same day at different locations
    (i dont pin myself)

Since you only have to pin 2mL total per week...you have so many options for injection sites its ridiculous to not learn to do it yourself. Quads are very easy for beginners, so are delts, triceps, ventrogluteal, glutes, traps, pecs, and lats.

Hell, I like to pin my b-12, TNE, etc -- anything that's 1mL or less goes in my forearms. You are probably getting PIP because the person doing your injection is doing a sloppy job. When you do your own, you can learn by feel what causes the pip and prevent it. A steady hand is an enormous help.

Quads are the only place I've hit a vein, and the involuntary jump scares me

Your Test-E could also come from a source that uses a lot of BA, which is great for keeping everything sterile, but can also cause radical PIP. You can cut your stuff with BB or Grape seed oil, but since you're in a huge hurry, I'm not sure if you're willing to do that. Also, I'm not sure what gauge needle you're using and how long the needle is. Your shoulders can get away with a 1" long and you can go as small as 25 ga. if the larger diameter is bothering you.

Also, if you're keeping your stuff in the fridge, then don't. Injecting when the fluid is cold can also hurt. Test-E is not typically a painful injection. I did buy some from a lab that used a heavy BA content, however, and experienced the same issues. Simple solution to ease the pain, and the long term is I simply stopped using them.

    Good luck,
