Question about how long before I can cycle again...under abnormal circumstances.

Winter of 2012/13 I did a 12 week cycle of Test E 500mg/Deca 500mg ew. I used Adex while on cycle .25mg e3d. And Used Hcg starting on the fourth week of my cycle up until the beginning of my pct. My PCT included Nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 50/50/50/50. The last day of my pct ended on May 2nd, and apparnetly it wasn't strong enough for my body with the amount of Deca I took because it did not work for me. I am now months post cycle and got my total Test level checked and it was 99 ng/dl ; ref [240-950] So my T is extremely low which has been detrimental to my gains. I am in the process of getting the ancillaries for a very thorough second pct which will include:

    Week 1-3
    Hcg 300ius x2/week
    Arimidex 0.5mg ED

    Last day of 3rd week
    1500ius of hcg

    Weeks 4-8
    Clomid
    Nolva
    100/50/50/50/50
    40/40/20/20/20

I know the rule is time on= time off when cycling responsibly. My question though is, by the time I am done this second PCT, and wait another 2 weeks to do more bloodwork, it will have been approx 20 weeks since the end of my last cycle. Assuming that this aggressive post cycle will work, I definitely want to give my body some time to be back to normal. How long would you guys say I should wait before doing another cycle? When does my actual start date for time on vs. time off begin?
and P.S, I am never going to include Deca again

In your situation I would give at least 6 month... But I thimk 16weeks after pct done and succesfull is a good time off.

But why are you using arimidex ??
Does your E2 is high, if not no need for arimidex...

Hcg may be usefull as a blast but not for 3 week prior pct.
Do a 2000ui blast 3 days after start PCT like planned and see from there.

    Only what I think.

(I would prefer a pro to confirm what I said about HCG.)
Im not familiar with hcg blast...

    HCG blast? Lol.

Administer M, W,F. Op was doing a nice run of gear and I recommend what my specialists have me running. HCG while on. M,W,F. Arimidex .25mg also M,W,F.
Then do a typical PCT of clomid. Why make things difficult guys?

Ir would be very long winded for me to explain the reasoning for my particular pct that I'm doing, but they do all work together for particular reasons.

What were your numbers before that cycle? Do you know? I am asking if it is possible that is your baseline? Just asking.

Don't know, but that is not my baseline. I am having low test symptoms that I have never had before
