    Just a little help please

    Ok guys amature here, just looking for some advice from some vets, I'm 25, 230 pounds 5'10". I first used gear when I was 21, didn't go so well and ended up going through the worst anxiety ever, to this day still have panick attacks and anxiety daily, I was running 1cc enanthate once a week and 1cc of propionate every other day, and 40mgs of dbol daily, I've just started a 1 cc injection of cyp 1 time a week. My first was tonight and about 5 minutes after boom, raging panick attack and odd feeling of adrenaline rush, am I doing something wrong, I just feel like I can never find the right answers, I work out hard, eat ok, but just can't get where I want to be, any advice would be helpful, if anyone has had similar issues please elaborate on how you control the anxiety, I literally feel like sometime I'm dying, like I lose all control, I'm not an angry person just worried about dying, once again any help is good help

    You need to have your anxiety professionally treated. You don't really need to be cycling with such high anxiety. 1 CC of cyp means nothing and at the popular concentrations, will likely do nothing for you, especially with a single weekly injection.

    You can't find answers because you haven't seeked professional help. No one on the internet will be able to resolve your medical concerns. It's OK to get opinions now and then and do internet research, but it seems that you've been battling anxiety for a long time now. It's time to see a doctor.

    Ive had anxiaty since I was 19 and I used treatment for pannic attacks and I stoped taking the meds a year ago but my doctor always told me that if I ever need to take them to just take them again, now days I just fight the anxiaty. Now I have been on my cycle for close to 4 week and have had anxiaty but nothing major, if anything it might be you mind over thinking. I had a pre workout the other day and felt like I was having horrible chest pain so I stopped taking that stuff. NO I heard its fine to cycle and take anxiaty meds but I am no doctor to back this up or nor I have tried it. Go see a doctor and good luck man.

    I have seeked medical attention and was prescribed alprazolam to take as needed, just pinned tonight and 10 minutes later I get this overwhelming rush, is that the gear or my brain, I just wanta do this right, I know 1cc of cyp a week won't do much but I'm not looking to do to much and I just want to test the waters before going all out

    We don't even know what 1 CC means man. Anyway, you probably injected oil in a vein. You'll live. Have a glass of wine or something.

    Not sure what u mean by 1cc means nothing? What do you recommend me doing, like I said I'm a newbie, have all kinds of friends running gear but no one can give me a straight answer of exactly how I go about all this, I'm not over overly weight nor am I cut, I would just like to lean up. I feel like I'm aggravating u but by no means is that my intention like I said before just looking for basically a how to guide from someone who knows there stuff

    you're not aggravating me. I'm just concerned that maybe you should not be cycling due to the lack of knowledge. As little as 10 minutes of research would tell you that 1 CC means nothing. How much is 1 CC? how many milligrams of test is that?

    I think you should abort this entire cycle and start from scratch. Read the sticky threads and research some more.

    Do you know your BF%? Do you know what your TDEE is? Are you using an AI? hCG ? Any plans for PCT?

    Cc is a measure of volume.

    Mg is a measure of weight.

    Example most test e is 250 mg/ml.
    That would be 1 cc on the syringe to get 250 mg of test e.

    When I say 1cc I mean 250 mg of test cyp, I plan to post cycle with Nolva and clomid, as far as hog goes not sure if I need to run that while or after I'm done, I've done plenty of research just wanted some input from experienced individuals, I plan to have blood work done every 3 weeks, and if 1cc of 250mg cyp once a week isn't enough how much should I be running?

    This is a recent picture, I train hard I'm just naturally a bigger guy and can't seemed shed the extra fat, not sure of my bmi or fat percentage Just a little help please-image.jpg

    Agreed its not a cycle you need but

    1 year of eating clean
    1 year of weight training
    1 year of cardio

    In effect you need to drop at least 16 % BF
    Have a solid base so your tendons can take
    The added stress the xtra weight whilst on cycle will put on them

    In short.......nutritional board first and foremost
    Train regular at the gym
    Cardio 3 times per week for 30 min start off slow and build up over the first few months

    Research research research all this info is obtainable on here!!

    The only thing you will come away with is gyno at that body fat.
    It's all diet and desire and commitment. Go to the nutrition section and get a diet squared away.

    Mate honestly dont even worry about using steroids at this point in your life. Anxiety is something u really need to get a grip on because it can be a downhill road real fast. See a someone who can help you by prescribing the right treatment and help you identify your underlying factor of whats causing your anxiety. Honestly a little bit of will power and determination is what you need to dig deep and find within yourself. Things like diet especially the foods your choosing to eat will help you transform your body and also play a role in your brains mechanism. Altering your training methods increasing cardio finding forms of exercise u really enjoy doing to take your mind off what ever is causing your issues. Don't blame the 250mg of test cup for whats happening. Dont mean to be harsh but just being honest and looking out for a fellow human being. Take some advice it will go a long way

    Man, you have to get thinner before starting any cycle dude, austinite is solid info. Your side effects will be hellacious, more harm than good mate!
