Clen dosing/cycling for women
Read through several threads on here on cycling clen for women with a variance of answers.
My gf is interested in clen to speed up her goal to drop some bodyfat.
She is 29, 5'4 126lbs
My questions is would this be a good start for her for 2 week on 1 week off cycle
wk 1 20/20/20/40/40/40/40
wk 2 60/60/60/80/80/80/80
Take it first thing in the AM with breakfast
1mg keto at bedtime
Keep taurine on hand incase cramps are an issue.

Why don't you start her with ECA or even with Austinite's fat loss protocol? Clen is a harsh compound, she may hate you for it.

It's not a hormone so it won't effect her any differently than a man. That said she needs to find what works for her. I run clen up to 120mcg ED. A girl I know runs or only up to 60 mcg. Start her off low and go slow. 20mcg Ed and slowly ramp up to what ever level she is comfortable with. I go 2 weeks to 2 off as I like to let mr body rest but she could run it with keto.
Eat meticulous, train ridiculous for best results.
