That's the worst idea ever.
spiro is a diuretic and an anti-androgen.
It should be used topically for hairloss (mixed with shampoo), not systematically (because you don't need a potassium-sparing diuretic and something that will directly block androgen receptors in your entire body).
Crush the pills up and mix them with your shampoo instead.
