Read some articles on it. I read a few clinical studies on it and some animal trials, and it was actually really interesting. Isn't hard to find. Alot more fun than getting a straight answer on here.

Well I've heard from a couple people it's good for stamina but I was hoping to hear from more people and also what the dosage protocol was ie how much how often and how long it takes to work. Do you have any specific articles you could link me

Not sure mate. Aicar is often stacked with GW501516. I tried GW and was on a two month cycle. I will never try it again. Never bumped into anyone that took Aicar by itself. If it's anything like GW, it will be expensive and very little benefit for cardio and endurance

It is very very popular in cycling for endurance improvement and as TR said they usually stack it with GW. I have never tried it personally but i will say this. I have seen so so reviews on it alone, and so so reviews on GW alone...but I have seen better reviews on the combo. Am i saying that the combo is great etc? No - I dont know. Just sharing what I have observed and read.

I've seen the negative reviews on gw and it was pretty much all hype but I didn't know AICAR wasn't effective unless mixing with GW. I'm sure if it's used in cycling it would help me with my soccer games and sports
