Started my first cycle, ever
So after months of research I've started my first cycle. I have lower testosterone levels due to being on medications and treatments for the last few years. Anyway here are my stats.
32 (in a week)
5'9" 215 16% bf
15 years experience with workouts of all types and a degree Kinesiology, currently working on my CSCS and 7 years Special Operations (retired).
I'm well aware of the fact that I should cut more weight through diet and cardio, but I've plateaued due to my low test and other issues. So, I'm attempting to jump start my body to get things moving forward.
Anyway. This is what I've started with.
14 weeks
250mg Sustaxyl 350 E3D
.5mg Anastrozole ED
Clen daily pyramid doseage 2 weeks on, 1 week off
I'll also be adding in HCG later in the cycle.

What's your plan for PCT? Your AI dose is fairly considerable. You might back off a bit and dose EOD instead until you get mid-cycle blood work to verify. HCG should be used right away...

id go with test at 500mg e/w plus most research states clen requires 2 weeks off for the reciptors to fully work again

I haven't fine tuned my PCT yet, but as I currently stand I plan on 50mg of clomid twice a day for 3 weeks, I will continue HCG EOD for 2 weeks, .5 of Anastrozole for 3 weeks and .3mg for 1, I will also be taking Vit C and Creatine throughout the PCT.
As far as the HCG goes my dr told me that if I'm not seeing any issues with testicular shrinkage I shouldn't need HCG, at all during cycle but to start adding it after week 3 or 4.
I am by no means an expert or even well versed in cycles so I welcome all information.
I'm taking Benadryl nightly to help with the receptor issue with the Clen . And I'm thinking about stacking with Keto.Last edited by Ares18F; 07-23-2013 at 11:20 PM.

I'm one of the guys who only takes hcg post cycle. I blast it at 1000 over five days. I keep a huge amount of my gains, typically drop at most five pounds. Your pct is strong you won't have a problem.
