Just looking for some suggestions on a routine for a first cycle. 3, 4, 5 day split or full body or strength training or something else and supporting commentary and links. Not running a cycle in the near near future but want to see what suggestions are out there. Lots of good knowledge in this forum and I'm looking to expand mine. Thanks.

Base starting cycle is 500 mg testosterone enath 250 2x a week. If you can stick yourself and handle sides then you can move from there based on your goals.
