How long should I wait between one cycle and the next

I am currently about to start my first cycle....which is as follows. 25 mg everyday of d-bol for 6 weeks along with 12 weeks of Test E at 500mg per week. This is followed by 2 weeks off and then 4 weeks of pct with nolvadex . Once this cycle is completed how long should I wait before starting my next cycle. Please see my info below.

    Age 31
    Weight: 175
    Height 5'10
    BF% 17
    Cycle EXP: First Timer
    Weight training for 3 years.

Time on + wait time for PCT + PCT time = Time OFF.

2 months off should be sufficient.

id personally wait a lil more than 2 months, that's just 8 weeks. I mean I guess you could, but you would be runnin like 4 cycles a year might as well stay on

This is what you should follow for all cycles. Remember that this is nothing more then a good rule of thumb and sum individuals may require more time to recover. After the waiting time run blood exams to make sure you have fully recovered.
