Depends on the diet and how much deficit. Is he eating 500 total calories of only nacho doritos or is he eating 500 clean calories under maintenance?
Really I think he is doing 45pro/30fat/25carb at 500 under maintenance

Well since your asking... I did 250 a week for 12 weeks, did cardio like crazy, leaned up and gained a few pounds. I started with Db, finished with Win and I was still eating over maintenance but doing IF so YMMV. If I were to do similar again I would go around 400 a week with Prop at least EOD. You will get gains from 250 EW if your plan is good, especially if your first cycle. But you only get to do a first cycle once and you might regret going so low later. Good luck.
He is doing 250 wk.so if i was to do it at 500 wk for the first 8 wks in a deficit and then uped my cals for the last 8 wks on test cyp would that be fine?
Actually i wouldnt mind eating really but at 500 wk test cyp i should drop a few bf% and gain alittle muscle on my first cycle anyway right?and thanks!

dude at 18% u would do better to run a 12 week cut and then cycle IMO. this would also give u time to do some research (which it appears would be of benefit to you)..![]()

My caloric intanke is no where near that low, but I keep a VERY low cal intake while on gear.. Very high protein , very limited carbs (yeah.. you feel shitty.. but you look good), and almost no fat / sugar. it's pretty easy 1 can of tuna - 26g protein / 60 cal. 1lbs FF cottage cheese 52g protein / 200ish cal (don't recall exact).
How low?500 cal below maintenance?
I think ill just cut for 8 to 10 weeks and see where im at.just looking for an easy way to lean down and keep some muscle.
