Start PCT 2 weeks after the last shot.
Add Clomid to your PCT 100/50/50/50
Get blood works pre. mid and post PCT
Donate blood 8th week of your cycle.
I would donate pre cycle, 8th week, and after PCT if needed.

Thanks every one for the feedback. Now some other questions I have are: should I take multi vitamins while on cycle? Like for example if taking winny your joints will be dry so would you take glucosamine? And how about taking aspirin to thin blood/for its anti coagulate properties. For example if you fly a lot, especially with thicker blood and pressurized aircrafts I always imagine clots forming; I've looked all over the place for this info and I have found squat. If anyone has any input on this I would love to hear from you.

i think but im not positive that its since steroids increase your red blood cell count, by donating you are losing alot of rbcs, which should help keep your blood pressure down. but thats only a guess and ive never heard of anyone doing that

Right,
A high red blood cells count create a stress on the heart because it increase the viscosity of the blood.
making it harder for the heart to pump the blood to your whole body. if it become too high it can even lead to a heartstroke and death.
do not worry about it, even if it increase it should not cause a big problem if you do not do intense cardio session, but donating blood at least once is a good idea.
Don't forget a red blood cells last approx. 120 days and take 2 weeks to be created. so if you don't donate blood in 3 month post pct you should be back to normal.

High rbc thickens your blood which is not good more pressure on the heart as it pumps it round your body and the blood can clot easier

they separate the plasma from the RBC so for those who receive the RBC their is no problem, however their who recieve the plasma... IDK
I think their is no problem, considering they do not transfuse it 30min later. the time that they make it ready to be transfuse make any hormone inactive...(that's some bro-science right there I never saw anything proving it... I would be pleases to be educated on that.)
that's what I thought it may be wrong.

Thats true thankfully haha. what i meant more out of curiousity was dont people who need blood need the rbcs, not the plasma volume? so would alot of rbcs be very good for them or no

OH god not this guy again. The name is insulting to more people than me. Do you think people can take you seriously. Even if it has some good meaning to you it is repulsive for anyone's screen name. Oh and I would like to say IMOP< but I've talked to too many on PM that agree.
Didn't meant to hijack the thread OP. I just think I needed to say that again. ...crazy mike
