Steroids won't do anything for you at that BF.
Try my fat loss stack, so far everyone has had good experiences. But like BIB said, untill diet is fixed, nothing will work. But this will give you an edge along the way...

Frequent small portion meals with more fibrous and complex carbs and lean meat for protien will help shed body fat. I eat about 5-6 meals a day. It helps boost your metabolism. But you gotta work your way into it so your body becomes used to it. I always had stomach problems when trying to dramatically change my diet.
It really doesn't.Originally Posted by Jax2Swol

Really? Hmm. So frequent eating doesn't speed up your metabolism at all? I read or watched a video I think it was of some guys seminar about diet. Ill try to find the link. Could you tell me why it doesn't aid In speeding it up? When I'm proven wrong it just helps me remember![]()
yes im started eating very small meals 6 included my breakfast
Any difference is so tiny it's irrelevant. Eating frequent meals was/is recommended to keep a constant supply of nutrition to the body. In reality it matters not whether you eat 3 or 10 meals a day. Hit your calories and macros's, that's what is important.Originally Posted by Jax2Swol

Although ur body can only process so much protein etc in one go. It just gives your body a constant well balanced feed so that all and any protein carbs aminos etc are readily available. Essential for bbing as u can't grow without the parts needed.

Fat Burn Stack works! Five days into my second cycle now and already hitting new bf% and weight lows! I've even upped my calories on lifting days and still dropping fat which is a relief because I was a little worried...
This will sound very simplified but simple and truth often go hand in hand;
Move More, Eat Less.
But you have to keep in mind WHAT you eat.
I advised you in your thread in the nutrition section.Originally Posted by Tonka8
