3rd cycle test deca dbol- help

Hey guys I am shortly going to be getting my supplies to begin my 3rd cycle. I was thinking of running a test/ deca/ dbol cycle. I am 19 yrs old, 5 ft 8 in and weigh 188lbs. Roughly 10% body fat, almost 5 years lifting experience. 300 bench 525 deadlift 515 squat (all current, not while on cycle, they are higher when im on obviously). I currently take in about 4000 calories daily, and do cardio maybe once a week. My first two cycles were test and deca, so first time messing around with any orals. Just looking to add straight size on this next cycle, and up my bench and add lots of size to my lacking chest. Here's what I was thinking as of now (given i can get the right amount of each substance):

Week 1-12: Test e or cyp, wk 1-6- 500mg/wk, wk 6-12- 750mg/wk injecting twice a week
Week 1-11: Deca, wk 1-2- 200mg/wk, wk3-11- 400mg/wk injecting once a week
Week 1-4: Dbol 40mg/day
Week 1-12: Arimidex .5ml eod, willing to up to 1ml eod if sides get bad
Week 1-16: NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) or milk thistle, (both liver cleaners)
Week 1-16 Animal Paks once a day to help clean the system more

I guess my main concern is should i be running an hcg throughout my cycle? will it dim the effects of the cycle? Also, what dosages of nolva and clomid would u recommend for my pct given the numbers up there. I only shot the glutes the past couple cycles, will those receptors do any less than say if i switched to my quads and glutes for this cycle? i want to keep as much of my gains as possible this time!! Any other concerns or advice would be greatly appreciated!! Get huge bros!

while i understand that i am very young to have two cycles under my belt, i stopped growing completely at age 14 (freshman yr high school) and since then have only added on muscle. i figured that i would be matured enough to continue, all my bloodwork checked out last week blood pressure under control and so on. do u guys strongly advise on waiting to do my 3rd???

what are your stats at 19 ?

You may have stopped growing but your internal hormonal system hasn't. There isn't an exact age were we all stop developing and growing because this is determined by our genes and DNA, we are all genetically programmed individually and we inherit our genes from our parents. To give an exact age we stop growing would be incorrect because everyone's genetic blueprint is different.The main development of our bodies is up to the age of 21yrs of age but this can vary between individuals. There are parts of our bodies what carry on developing and adjusting slowly up until the age of 25yrs old, an example of this is the brain. The Endocrine system is a part of the brain what is very complex and keeps our bodies in a homeostasis state. Our testosterone levels start raising and roughly peak around 25yrs old and then start to slowly decline, so even though some of us may have stopped growing at the age of 21yrs old, others may still be developing up until the age of 25yrs old.

I have recently spoken to my Endo regarding this matter and he tells me that the HPTA is very sensitive and as many pathways how it regulates the human body, he states steroids disrupt the normal balance of hormones in the body which can cause reversible and irreversible changes at any age but risks are far more if you administrate exogenous androgens during development, this will put you in a very unnatural environment at a crucial time and your hormones should be treated with care especially in the early stages of maturity. The adverse effects can be erratic behaviour of the HPTA and potentially therapy when your older.

I did ask him what age he would think would be the safest as far as risk to damages and he said many endocrinologist suggest full maturation is reached by 25 years of age and this would also give the HPTA time to be established with your natural hormone balance and patterns. I personally feel 24-25yrs old would also be ideal starting point to get bloodwrok drawn to see exact what your natural levels are before starting any kind of cycles and waiting till you have reach your testosterone peak would be a good starting point, for me there is to much evidence over the forums and what I've seen personally over the last 25yrs I've been bodybuilding. Obviously it isn't going to be all 19- 21yr old bodybuilders who suffer side effects what are irreversible but I am edging on the side of caution what age I advice to the newbies.

Why do people post the same thing when young people run cycles. The young and steroids. He already started. It's no way to take it back. He has questions. Best to help with the questions instead of posting irrelevant things. If someone young comes in with no cycle experience and ask for help on doing a cycle then suggest young and steroids otherwise it makes no point. Some of the best bodybuilders started running gear at young ages. Doesn't make it the best choice but he has already cycled. Help with his question or don't say anything at all.

So we shouldn't try and educate people? Tell them what potential damage they are doing and can continue to do? You think any damage they can do will be done after the first cycle and we should encourage further cycles because they are at no further risk?

If this is the way you think then this isn't the the correct forum for you.

I have actually come down pretty hard on people in this forum. There was one 18 year old kid on a pro hormone cycle for 20 weeks. My advice to him was stop immediately and check into a hospital.

With that said this is a completely different situation and if his stats are correct then he seems to be okay at running his cycle. Does that mean its a smart move, no. I waited to 31 to run my first cycle. But after 2 cycles down do you think he's going to stop. He might pay the price in the long run but even in my situation I could pay a price in the long run. Sure I waited until 31 but doesn't mean I won't have problems from running gear in the long run or short run.

My issue is he has a question, if you want to express your opinion then fine but after you have expressed it the least you could do is give advice on the question he has. It's his body and his business. More than one person on this thread made a comment about his age and offered no advice to his question. Phil Heath started his cycle before 25, so did Kai Greene and plenty of others who have had long careers. It's like
As soon as you people see someone under the age of 25 because of one sticky that mentions the age 25 you all go ballistic. Seriously it could be someone 24 and people will post the young and steroids link. It's so comical as if 25 is a magic age to start a cycle. It's like being 18 to buy tobacco products or 21 to drink or 18 for the minimum age of consensual sex. People put numbers on things and some people might have a good reason for choosing a certain age for things but 25 for steroids is some made up number for whoever wrote that post. People's body could continue to develop past 25. Some could stop by 21. He seems to be handling his cycles well. And he's going to do what he wants. If you want to make a suggest why he shouldn't cycle then fine but at least offer help

Dbol , deca,winny,test.

Too late for me to advise because they wanted an edge in MMA

They now suffer with loss is sex drive and keeping it up

One of them actually needs 3 Viagra just to function!!

These are 3 people starting out and they are too embarrassed to see a doctor or let their GF know why they can't perform.

I myself have numerous cycles under my belt and at 46 can still mix it with the best of my young friends!!

Okay let's say you don't offer him advice to his question and he has no intention on stopping. If he doesn't get experienced answers to his questions he might make a mistake and end up worse. Point in case. Someone just said they had 3 friends one being 24 and now he can't function. The kid could have been 24 years and 9 months old. Had he waited three months to begin his cycle when he turned 25 do you really think that would have made a difference in the outcome of his cycle use. But had he came in here asking questions about running a cycle at age 25 no one would say anything about him being to young. Once again 25 is not a magical number that says its ok to cycle. I'm through trying to make my point. I feel if people come on these boards to ask for help your responses should be a little more constructive.

25 is not a magic number and yes, everybody is different, but it is a generally regarded age where our endocrine system fully stops developing.

Thanks for all of your input guys. yes all of my stats are accurate. Yes i am young, yes i have done 2 cycles. I have no trouble keeping it up or no loss of sex drive whatsoever. I know of people who started at age 18 and are 35 or 40 now and still have no problems, they just stress to run everything safely and not in excess. Proper pct, proper amount of time off, etc. Everyone's body is different, and mine has always been able to clear up my system very quickly with my sky high metabolism, whether it be alcohol, weed (when i used to smoke), food, pre workout, etc. i got my bloodwork done a couple of weeks ago and have only been off a cycle for about 9 months and my liver and kidney enzymes are perfectly normal. i have read that these will stay jacked up for up to a year or more in some people as it remains in your system for that long sometimes. or even permanently messing them up. this is all besides the point, i am just saying that everyone's body is different and i havent seen any negativity come out of it up to this point. long term risks are risks i am willing to take, although on countless steroid documentaries there are people who have been using for 20+ yrs and started very young like myself saying they have no problems at all. watch "the science of steroids" on youtube. i took out the dbol from this cycle and dont intend on using any orals until i am out of college just to be safe with my liver. let me know if this changes anything, again i understand i am young and just am seeking advise and answers from guys who know more than i do as i am still gaining knowledge as each yr passes by.
