Arimidex question

Hi my Arimidex tablets just arrived today.however i am confused as hell by the label on the bottle...

The arimidex is from keifei. It looks like this

I am on week 2 of test e and i am contempleting whether i should start my arimidex. Only sides i am having now is acne,bloating and puffy nipples(no pain,no itch,no lump)..so my question is should i wait another few weeks and monitor for gyno or start 0.5mg arimidex E3D?
