I just can't see a reason to start tren at 700 mgs for a first go. You are young and you CAN burn yourself out. If you want to have a long successful bodybuilding career you need to make progress but at a steady pace. Don't SLAM all these hormones into your body, win a show or two, and then fall off the face of the earth. You're already ahead - stay that way without downright abusing steroids .

    You are correct, I do abuse steroids. Its my mentality that I need high dosage and dont care what will happend. So far ive never had healthy issues, but im considering chilling on orals, since imo there are the most dangerous steroids of all duh to liver issues

    For the off-season amateur, Tren isn't always needed, but butt loads is when it's contest time. The exception can be during the off-season some will use it to help with plateaus. Large amounts of Test and Deca are common with butt loads of HGH. If Tren is used, it's not uncommon for there to be a rotation between Deca and Tren. Just an example:

    WK 1-8 Nandrolone /Test
    WK 7-15 Tren/Test
    WK 14-20 Nandrolone/Test
    ...and so on and so on.
    And I'm not saying this is all that's used by any means. IGF-1 is very common. But this is just a good example of possible off-season Tren/Nandro use. Dbol in 4-6wk rotations is also common.

    Anyway, just some thoughts and observations. Take it or leave it
    Tony freeman is a great motivation, I mean look at his age when he became a pro. Nothing is impossible if you work hard for it.

    I think your making a great point about tren, I have the same ide about insulin and peptides, I dont really want to use it until il make a plateau.
    Yeah, good old deca+test+gh is very comon in offseason and for sure is enough. Im just doing tren+halo right now for some fun.

    Offseason im always on deca+test+gh+dbol blastings.

    IGF-1 ive done before, insane pumps and for sure makes u bigger. Will start using it again in like 1-2months, last time was 75mcg before workout. Il probally do it 100mcg now.

    Great man, I dont really care about my age. Most pro that starts young need to use steroids in order to have a fair change imo.

    Yeah Dallas is young, he is like 22 and BSN sponsorship. However I dont think he belongs in the IFBB, way to small for it. He got the pro card by luck since the competition he won for it lacked many great people. But yes, he is really big for his age and 22 and IFBB is just amazing! However I dont like dallas personal...

    Thanks man for the coaching, I dont give a shit what people think. Ive lost alot of things since I only, eat-train-work-sleep. I dont have a social life what so ever....

    Great man, thanks for believing in me. Afterall only I can prove myself right or wrong. Either I believe in myself and set the bar high and work my ass off. Or I dont believe in myself and become some average person with normal goals...

    Thanks again, being a pro means for sure alot of sacrifices

    As for my exp with tren Im 39 and just started it for the first time ever a few weeks ago. I tried 100 MG EOD and it scared me a little bit. I got what my buddy says is tren cough? Don't know, but man I could feel it immedietly like hit me in my chest area for some reason. I inject in my ass so when I stood up it hit me like right now!! So I backed of to 75 and it I don't get this. I get a little sweat at night not much. I sleep pretty well but Im also no GH and this is supposed to help sleep so who knows. Maybe just do 50 mg for Tren and go with that and then as you get older up it? I don't know. good luck
    That suckes, ive never had the cough so far. GH helps me sleep ALOT better then before, i think ghrp2/6 also helps with sleep if u have issues with it.
    Il stay on 100mg ed, since im starting to feel some good stuff from tren now.

    Never had high enzymes results from liver tests and never above 135/75 in bp.
    I always run milk thistle, nac, liv52, grapefruit+cranberry jucie on orals.

    I also run it 1 month after the orals just to make sure the liver is healing well, and always clean and good food. Never ever alcohol what so ever, I maybe drink alcohol once a year, if even that.

    I got insane pump yday + vascular from training arms yesterday. Not strength gains yet doh, I did however manage 2 more reps on the narrow bench press

    Normally i do 4 set of 10 on 320 narrow benchpress, I manage today doing 2 extra reps each set.
    So im happy, il give u guys some pictures of my arms from yday workout

    By the way, thanks for all the great advice I got. You guys are for sure some really nice guys with a lot knowledge. I will for sure stay on this forum and learn from guys like you. Really nice mentality on this board, thanks again! love u all.

    ****ing hell, is that your legs+arms?
    I love those legs, id walk around in tights every leg day!

    I'm working a lot on my legs currently since I know the importance of big legs+back in BB (ofc everything else also, but look at ronnie/jay etc - they are famous for legs+backs).
    As you saw, my legs are kinda fat but still has some mass on them. Since there is no reason really for me to cut il just keep bulking, when I feel I want to go below 10%- I hope to have some veiny legs like those mf
