    Help with gear

    Havent done this stuff since i was 18. I got some gear wondering what recommended dose i got 50ml var liquid and 10ml test 250. I am 6' 220lbs bf% is 17. Wanting to cut up a little more and keep size.

    i am 28. i want to cut down a little more just dont want to lose to much. i am on a very strict diet now for the past 4 months and bf has dropped big time.
