Yohimburn df: Legit???
I've read a lot about how this is great for spot reduction of fat deposits. Yet, everything I've ever studied in exercise physiology simply states that spot reduction is impossible. Is this stuff for real, and how much of an impact can it make in getting leaner?

i had somewhat decent results with it to get rid of some slight fat on my chest and lower abs, but nothing i couldn't have accomplished with only cardio. it will help expediate the process and let you target areas that are difficult for you to burn from, but don't expect it to work wonders if you aren't doing intense cardio and eating properly.
