what ester? people generally pin twice a week with cyp or enanthate anyways so u can pin again later this week and not wait until next week.....
Test-e and I only pin once a week on sunday
So pin another 125. You can't 'make up' for it next week. You'll just get a fluctuation because you shot 375 this week and 675 the next. Your body doesn't consider total volume administered over 12 weeks. It processes what you put in it when you put it there.

You cant remove oil from your body but you can add as much as you want...
Pin again thats all.
It doesnt matter if you pin 10 times today. Its just a waste of injection site and a waste of needle...
But at least youll have the right amount.
But I guess that if you choice to pin 1x/week its because you are scared of needle.
In this case just man up... their is nothing to be scared of.
