    Metabolism???

    Is there any shots or pills I can take to boost my metabolism mine really sucks ? With safe sides ....?

    Sure you could take a fat burner or something coupled with a good nutrition program but without the nutrition it won't work.

    What Jim said, best way to speed up metabolism is to eat 6 smaller meals, this will speed your metabolism alot. Than you can throw in an ECA stack or just get a good fat burner. Research here austinite has great fat burner stack.
