I have anastrazole 1mg capsules. Since they aren't tabs I can't break them in half or quarters so I'm looking for help with how often I should take one. Cycle running is 600mg/week sus 250.

24 years old. 5'6, weight 168, around 12% body fat.

Would be a lot easier to figure out how often to take if they were tabs but I don't wanna take one every 5-6 days I was thinking about taking 1 every 3 days, again 1mg anastrazole capsules. Really not looking to open the capsules and separate powder.

You could dilute the contents in say 4 oz of liquid and drink an ounce every day.
