    Glute injection help!

    First time pinning today on my prop cycle. I injected .75 ml into my right glute. I could not seem to keep the needle steady while injecting and especially while aspirating. Any tips? Pinning the left glute tomorrow is going to be 10x as hard. Also the pins from the sponsor are terrible, the plunger gets stuck making I hard to inject slowly and makes me apply way too much pressure trying to aspirate

    Some times is can just be a pain in the ass... (haha get it?) Just gotta get the hang of it.

    Plungers get stuck because they need to be air tight so the oil doesn't leak to the other side. That doesn't have anything to do with the sponsor. I pin delts and quads exclusively now it's much easier to aspirate and pin slowly without the needle moving

    That makes sense Jim. My only concen is I'm doing 75 mg prop Ed so I want as many sites as possible, im doing glutes upper quad lower quad an shoulders so that an 8 site rotation. Would upper and lower quads and shoulders be fine?

    Keep in mind there are three different areas in each shoulder you can rotate as well. So in answer to your question yes you should be fine.

    Yeh its just practice how to hold the pin. Remember. Once its in u can let go n remanouvre your hand into a better position. Personally I find lying down with my shoulder on the arm of the sofa whilst twisting back on myself to be the most steady way.

    Yehyeh. **** all that. Stand up whatever. Ppl will more likely say it. But they're the ones scarring there glutes without knowing it. Try it. U might like it ha-ha
