New guy questions
First off glad to be here. I'm 28 yrs old. I work out regularly and run every day. I have never taken any type of steroid . I've done alot of research and came up with 100 different answers. I'm looking to get bigger gains. What do I need to start out on and how much? I have a buddy on testosterone and dbol and he is leaving me in the weight room. I don't wanna jump right in without knowing everything. I didn't wanna do anything injectable until I read that oral stacking is risky. Help me out guys before I waste time and money on needless things. Again I have never used anything so any advice is welcome. Thanks ahead of time and looking forward to getting the ball rolling. WAR EAGLE!!

Welcome, Flightstopper! What are you puttin' them birds down with?
Before we start advising you, we'll need your stats. That would be your height, weight and your body fat percentage. Also, give us an idea of how long you've been lifting and a general idea of your training style.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

just out of curiosity why do you need his height and weight? Is it simply to determine whether or not he's "ready" to start a cycle?

Correct. Height to weight ratio will give an idea of how the body might handle the strength gains. Connective tissue is far slower to develop than muscle, which could easily cause injury at the tendons and ligaments if the body becomes much stronger than it can handle. Furthermore, you need a solid base to build off of. A weak foundation is a surefire way to have issues, just like anything else.

The vets on this forum has seen thousands and thousands of individual stats come through. I have notices that they are really good at making recommendation on if a member should even start steroids based on their stats and diet. The other thing about this forum is that the vets expect you to do your homework, make a cycle plan, and submit for review. You need to be responsible for your own cycle.

Browning 10 gauge. I'm a hardcore waterfowler. Also my stats are 5'11" tall and 207lbs. I'm not sure on my fat % I will try to find out but I'm sure its real low. I've ran and worked out since 9th grade football. The past 6 yrs has been every day. I'm in great shape and health and never had an injury. I understand this means nothing but just an idea of how I operate. Just looking to get some bigger gains. Seems like I've stopped gaining the past yr or more. Need a boost of some kind. All I've ever taken is creatine and protein bars/shakes which I take now every day. Thanks for the replies

Body fat % is at 15% Should I just do a cycle of test maybe 200-500/w by itself to see how my body reacts? I'm not looking to get ripped just a lil more mass and cut to what I have. I don't care about bodybuilding just that chiseled look I guess. I'm strong enough. Maybe need to change my diet around a lil also. Thanks in advance

Ok still 15% I have been the same for a while now. Just can't push through where I'm at. I think the pic of 10%-12% would satisfy me. Not looking for the first one. I run like crazy and just can't get anything else off. Actually ran 8.4 miles this morning. Ran 10.2 yesterday morning. Bout to work out for a few hrs now. My buddy only been working out 3 yrs and he is ripped more than me (shoots test) and it makes me sick lol. He can't run a mile though

Based on what you're saying I'd think your best bet is to leave AAS alone and visit the Nutrition Forum here. Let the vets there guide you with your diet to achieve your goals. AAS is a serious commitment and risks are involved. If you don't eat properly and enough on cycle you are basically just renting your gains. Meaning they will soon disappear when done your cycle.
You will be amazed what the correct nutrition can do for you. Little changes can mean a lot.
