Hormone Bloodwork Done, Unbelievable Results, Help! (18 years old)

Got three bloodtests done in the months of February, March, April of this year as I was experiencing low mood, very very low libido, and erectile sensitivity problems.

Background information : 18 years old.
Generally a healthy individual.
Mood was always mediocre since puberty,
libido was never very high but it just dropped very low at the beginning of this year.
Always wondered why I have slightly puffy nipples all the time.

Has NEVER taken any type of hormone (ANY sort of steroids)
Has only taken supplements in my life. (Creatine, Multivitamins etc)
I really have not a clue why this is happening to me, please help me out!

Here are the results of my three bloodtests:

Feb:
Testosterone : 32.8 nmol/L
Range : 8.4-28.8

Free Test : 936 pmol/L
Range : 170-630

Bioavailable Test : 21.9 nmol/L
Range : 4.7-15.0

Estradiol : 165 pmol/L
Range : <150


March:
Testosterone : 21.4 nmol/L
Range : 8.4-28.8

Free Test : 584 pmol/L
Range : 170-630

Bioavailable Test : 13.7 nmol/L
Range : 4.7-15.0


April:
Testosterone : 32.0 nmol/L
Range : 8.4-28.8

Free Test : 784 pmol/L
Range : 170-630

Bioavailable Test : 18.4 nmol/L
Range : 4.7-15.0

Estradiol : 139 pmol/L
Range : <150


Does anybody think the problem lies within the high Estradiol level for my age, and surprisingly high testosterone level?

If anyone can advice please respond! Thank you!

Hormones are always sky high at that age. May be estrogen, but it doesn't seem high enough to really cause issue

I don't think it's your Test, I think it's the Estrogen causing gyno. I would recommend you work with a medical professional. There is a lot of empirical knowledge on this forum but who do you listen to, right? If you listen to someone on this board and get breast cancer (gyno can be pre-cancerous) then what? At your age, I'd go find a good endocrinologist and get treated.

Yeh u can still sway up n down n quite literally beating one out can change results I believe;-). I'd be happy u got high natty test. Not so many are as blessed. Get down the gym n use it brutha

Work with your medicalProfessional to control your estrogen. It was above range in one test and at the top in another.
A low dose of anastrozole may be all you need.
Also did you have complete blood work including a thyroid panel?

It is very difficult to find a reliable/knowledgable doctor within our free healthcare system (Canada)
Almost every single endocrinologist that lives in my area requires a referral by a General Practitioner.
I've seen multiple GPs and all they've managed to do is to tell me everything is normal despite the fact that all of my results are above normal range. I've even compared datas found online that people my age have lower levels than I do.

Even if I am ever so lucky to get referred by a GP, the wait time for an appointment with an Endo would be anywhere from 3-6 months.

I am prepared to take matters into my own hands, is there any safe way to approach this?

Definitely go see a doctor. There's always a reason behind everything
and they get paid the big money because theyre supposed to figure stuff like this out. Also DO NOT TAKE MATTERS INTO YOUR OWN HANDS... DO NOT, that would have a very high chance of making matters worse

Are you overweight?

Lots of good advice as far as diet, supplements, etc.
