    Endurance Doping

    Hi! I'd like to know what would be an effective doping program for endurance athletes? My objectives are:

    * Improved recovery
    * Improved fat oxidation
    * Improved endurance (duh!)

    I'm certain I don't want to use androgens and I'm not sure about peptides/HGH/IGF-1. I absolutely do not want to take anything that's masculinizing!

    Endurance doping is really dangerous. People die even user medical supervision. There are techniques and compounds that increase oxygen level in blood cells but I hesitate because it's really dangerous.

    Don't know

    I'm a cyclist and I usually train like 2-3 hours at A1 three times a week and do A3-training twice a week.

    I wanna get an SRM and find out the power I can sustain for 20 minutes. Then see how much I can improve it with 12 weeks of doping.

    I do believe ChiveOn is the guy you'd like to speak too on this subject...but I advise you to be VERY cautious as it is very dangerous as stated above^

    Thanks for the concern! I assume you are referring to EPO? But my Hb is only 13 g/dl and I think I know how much EPO you can use per week indefinitely without ever driving up Hb to dangerous levels. I'm mostly interested in what other d r u g s might be useful. Besides the O2 vector doping.

    I'm no expert In endurance doping... That's more of a specialty group. You're gunna have to dig pretty deep in these & other forums to find knowledgable people in this area, wish you the best of luck in your research though!

    Do wonder some people say...

    But its relativly new and not much documented.

    If you are ready to do a tons of reading. It may be something to consider.

    To be efficient im sure it is but safe...
    I dont know enough to say that.

    Cant tell more about it, I dont know much about these.

    EPO if dosed correctly and with some hematocrite test(can easely be done) is safe enough to use IMO.
    But you have to be damn carefull...
    It is not like aas. You don't want to overdose this...

    Good luck
