triathletes
Hi guys/gals
New on here and 45yrs old use to compete in long distance but not for 15yrs, got myself very unfit and at 168cm weighed in at 95kgs.
Six/seven months ago I took the plunge and started training again with bad back/neck knees and went through absolute hell but am finally starting to pull through with a weight of 80kgs. This is where I seem to have stopped the weight loss process even with training hard so I have just in the last three days started a course of anavar and almost immediately my swim was quicker my ride is stronger and yesterday I ran 20km which I have been struggling to finish a good 12km before hand, also my weight sessions have risen atleast 20% in weight and reps.
The question is are their any triathletes or the like out there that have gone through what I am doing and lost that extra tonnage with the help of anavar, I am trying to get down to 70/73 kg while increasing muscle.
Cheers from AUSTRALIA.

Anavar will cripple you from pumps in the shins and other areas. It's in your best interest to visit our nutrition section and allow the pro's to critique your diet so that you can reach your goals efficiently.

Wow...hope not
I just did a quick search on the shin and it seems your are very much correct austenite.
I have in the past suffered a little but nothing to bad so I am hoping I don't get them, some say to take taurine and that will sort it out almost immediately if it occurs.
Thanks for the reply as it has opened my eyes to a problem that may arise and not only in the shins but lower back some say also.
Cheers again

Anavar alone?
You know the risks I assume?

Hi Back in Black
Man I have basically gone with what a friend of mine has said and done and some research by myself and with what most say it is about the safest oral on the market for the bodies organs, I am taking three caps at 25mg each three times a day and I am on day three.
Cheers

You know it suppresses your natural testosterone levels? You are likely to feel very lethargic, irritable, suffer decreased/loss of libido, potential erectile dysfunction amongst others.
As Austin says, diet will dictate your weight loss and can greatly improve performance at the same I'd stop your cycle now and save them for when you feel ready to run a test cycle or sell them back to your friend (who could also do with some education).

Hi Back in Black
Yes I have read up on the negatives of anavar but also the goods and with my bad back/neck and hips I am willing to try a course for an initial three weeks and up to six just to see if my life of continual discomfort and sometimes pain will get a little better with some more muscle growth around the problem areas, if after a week or so I feel it is not suited for me with some of the side effects being to severe I will definatley stop the course.
Like I mentioned in my first post I have gone and still am going through a fair bit of pain getting back into a level where I can compete again so do you think it is worth a shot with anavar to build up some strength as to help things along.
Cheers

I think that over 99% of members here would disagree with an oral only cycle. Whatever results you got in your first 2 days is placebo only I am afraid.
Sounds like you are going to do it anyway so I will just wish you good luck, let us know how you get on.
And visit our nutrition forum, absolutely nothing works long term without the correct nutrition plan.

It's like the common movie formula... First the good times (anavar only). Then the bad times (when your testosterone is crashed). Then the recovery (hopefully). Then the lesson learned (testosterone replacement for life).
You are leaving a lot of bases uncovered and quite possibly doing yourself real harm. Stop now and get a solid program together.
