Get in plenty of omega fats and vitamin e. I reccomend 3 grams of fish oil and a gram or 2 of flaxseed daily. Keep a close eye on the situation. You can always get BP meds online if needed. Check with your doctor. If he or she isn't concerned with you BP being high enough for meds, you should be ok, just monitor it very closely.
I'm on fish oil 1000mg 3 times a day. My doc had me on stuff right now 2 times a day.
Your dr has you on BP meds? Are you currently doing cardio? I can't directly answer your question as I'm not a medical professional but you need to consider just how taxing a cycle will be on your heart. I'm talking the exercise as well as increased bp from the gear.

If your treated for high BP you need to monitor it regularly on cycle. If its running high and your treated its time to adjust your meds with your doctor to get to an acceptable range well before you start a cycle.
Yes I m. Earlier after the gym I took my pills n checked it bout an hour afterwards n my BP was 126/83
I do cardio every now n then I no I should prolly do more being as I need to strengthen my heart
My doc claims I have anxiety cuz they can't find what's making it high. I only 26 years old 210 lbs train 5 days a week n very active.
Lots of factors play a part in blood pressure. You need to be very cautious. You need blood pressure meds under a doctors care, not an "OTC" solution. This isn't something to mess around with.

126/83 should be no concern whatsoever. Do a typical 500mg cycle/ week probably anywhere from 145-155/90-100. get some novasc prescribed for you if you need it and watch the sodium intake. Drink a lot of water, do cardio/ and make sure you eat healthy. A lot of variables, whats the BF at right now, could play a role also. Blood work ? what does it look like?
Cardio is what's needed here. I had the same issue as a young man and was able to stay off meds till my forties with regular cardio 3x week 30mins

Yes I'm prescribed something from my doc, ill need to start doing more cardio
I had bf checked bout a month ago I was at 10%. I have a home unit n I check my BP often
I eat pretty clean lots of protein n good carbs try to get my healthy fats in as well
As much as I agree with you, if his doctor ismt concerned, he is probably over thinking it. Thats a good thing. If he thinks it a "little high", he needs a doctors care before his cycle if it truely a little high. Unless his doc sucks, I'm sure they would have him on something if it was a concern. Monitor very close.
Now with me being on meds to bring my BP down will it even out while I'm on cycle or should I c if I should get more meds ??
You should be doing daily cardio whether on gear or not. I also picked up some liquid cialis from the sponsor If mine gets high I know alot of guys do 5 mg 2x a day
I'd run the Cialis suggestion by your doctor when coupled with blood pressure meds. There's no need a split a cialis dose really.

Ah gotcha. Didnt see that in the OP. That is a pretty good reading he has there. I'd say the cialis suggestion may very well keep him down there. Make sure to monitor it at least 2 to 3x weekly. Every day would be best. Good luck with everything. I think these guys have you covered!
Thanks guys for all the feedback, ill talk to my doc bout the cialis. Is 30 mins of cardio a day good or should I do more?

Would supersetting reps n taking shorter breaks or even doing circuits b considered cardio?Originally Posted by Whiteboyy0

Taking bp meds while cycling usually isn't an issue. You can't exactly talk to your doctor about that though so just read up in it.
AAS are natural hormones, OP. There's not too many things that are contraindicated. Bp meds and statins are fine.
Cut out the morning coffee and Red Bull in the the afternoon. This will help a little.
I didn't no if the compounds from the cycle would have any affect on the meds I'm taking or increase risk for anythingOriginally Posted by Bonaparte
I don't drink coffee or red bull. I drink mostly water milk an orange juice.Originally Posted by testluva

Whats a doctors main concern for someone my age (25) of not putting me on blood pressure meds? I have been having abnormally high readings of HBP last phew weeks, the last timei checked it did come down. The very first time i was in there it was 168/96 im sure a reading like that would ring alarm bells for some sort of treatment immediately.
