A few cycles to get there indicates poor nutrition guidelines.
You need food buddy, you can't grow without that, no matter what.

Im 30 so my 1st cycle was about 8 years ago, my body fat was high and I knew nothing about nutrition. My 2nd and 3rd cycle happened in the last 2 years and I started cycle around 145, had been training in the gym 5x a week 2 years prior but on a deficit, I lost 90lbs.

Even if you hadn't cycled I would argue you are 20lbs too light.
You could easily have got where you are now without gear.
You need your diet evaluating please use our nutrition forum.NO SOURCES GIVEN

I dont see why you have to bash my physique when you yourself didnt have a developed physique in your before pic at 180, your body fat was still a tad high putting you just a few lbs higher than me. Anyhow this isnt about me asking about nutrition im familiar where those threads are I was asking for help with my cycle if you have some input on that share if not go check out the nutrition forum since you seem to be quite fond of it. Maybe you should have read nutrition before your cycle no?

I had over 15lbs on you, after you had cycled twice, and gained more on my first cycle than you did in 2.
As I said, good luck.NO SOURCES GIVEN

I gained about 22 each time but after the water weight went away and I did a cut to shred the little extra fat I gained I did have a solid 10lbs of muscle on my frame both times that I still carry. 20lbs of muscle in a year is good imo. Maybe possible naturally if your complete newb to the gym but I already had 2 years experience but on a deficit, I was incredibly overweight.
Unless your first cycle was a ton of diff compounds I dont see how u would gain more than 20lbs of muscle unless its a 24 week cycle smh
If you weigh 190 now and claim to have gained 20lbs of muscle your first cycle then what were you weighing in at pre aas. Meaning youve done a few cycles and weigh 190 means you should be giving yourself the same advice u gave me. Peace

See, you underestimate the power of nutrition. Today I am several lbs of fat leaner and 15lbs heavier in actual weight than on day 1 of my cycle. That lasted 13 weeks, 8 weeks prop then 5 weeks at a TRT dose with the lady 4 weeks including var.
I am now 6 weeks or so post cycle.
If you are happy with your gain after one year and 2 cycles then that's good. But coming off a deficit gaining is easier, not harder.NO SOURCES GIVEN
