rank/critique my first cycle (20 years old) **

    stats: 20years old, 200lb, 13% bf, 6 ft tall

    Weeks 1- (20-30) ***; HGH ***; On 5/ off 2
    Weeks 1-5, 11-15, (21-25)
2 ; 2.5's - first thing in the morning on workout days ***; early afternoon on non-workout days
    Weeks 6-10, 16-20, (26-30)
    2 ; 2.5 IU's first thing in the morning
2; 2.5 IUs post workout with your insulin (or alternatively before workout if desired)
All HGH injected subQ into omen, obliques, fronts of the thighs, upper triceps

    Weeks 1-5, 11-15, (21-25); Long R3 igf-1; Every day
    60mcg's intramuscular
post work out on workout days
first thing in the morning on non workout days

    Weeks 6-10, 16-20, (26-30); Humalog ; Workout days only
; 8IU's immediately post workout, intramuscular

    Weeks 1- (20-30) T3 - Every Day

*price not an issue, I purposely wanted to do something with no androgenic (hairloss) so don't slam me for not having a test base.

Well you don't need a test base for peptides... Those aren't AAS. But that T3 will DEVOUR your muscle tissue.

will it really? I read in smaller amounts specifically between 12.5mcgs - 25mcgs it should primarily help keep unwanted fat off. Perhaps it is best left out of the cycle then.

12.5 microgames does nothing. Neither does 25. That's about how much you naturally produce.

Back to the drawing board... big time.

I included the tidbit about not having a test base because a lot of people would say this is a stupidly expensive cycle and you should always do your first cycle with test but I choose not too because I am prone to MPB.

what would be a range to shoot for then if you wanted to aid in lowering bf% with minimal muscle loss.

If your heart is set on gear. Your hair is gone if your prone to MPB I dont care if you use var or test. Your only bet is 1mg of finistride a day 6 months b4 your first cycle. N every day for ever there after. Look up how diff gear effects dht or FSH ( follicle stimulating hormone) even the finestride can aggravate certain cycles as far as mpb is concerned. Being very serious. If u want to lower your body fat n get strong naturally look uo herbalife 24 series .

assuming I do this cycle I am purposing in a responsible manor, what are the potential long term side effects you see possibly associated with it?

You can do what you like but consider all the things that can go wrong before you do this. At 200 pounds and 13% bf it sounds like you are making great progress naturally and without aas. What exactly are your goals?

240-250lbs with as low body fat as possible. I am a ectomorph type. I am 6ft tall currently 200lbs. I also would like to keep as much hair for as long as possible.

HIrs extremely overrated. But on. Serious note n I know its been touched on. But. Have u ever had your diet n macros looked over. You'd be quite pleasantly surprised how much you can tweak it. I know I was. At 240lbs now n the only hard thing is eating enuff every single day.

    what is HIrs?

yes I have kept a caloric index of what I eat everyday and posted it on forums and had peoples opinions on it. I tend to stay within the specific guidelines of where I need to be for diet. I am not weighing out every grain of rice and every oz of chicken but I have a rough estimate of where I am and where I should be everyday.

You've probably read about how HGH can increase/speed up cancer cell growth. Thats a pretty negative long term effect if ya ask me. I don't know much about HGH but I doubt you're gonna get to 240/250 on HGH and IGF1 alone. You're definitely not gonna get there on just one of those cycles. Probably take a couple to a few years, assuming you can even afford/get your hands on quality HGH. I've had alot of really Jacked/Huge guys tell me that HGH is over rated and its not worth the money. Again, unless you can afford the real deal, and alot of it.

You need to take HGH for at least 6 months to really see any effects. 2iu's is considered a HRT dose. You should take a minimum of 4ius to make it worth while. That's a pretty penny....
