Curious as to the Science of say for example why you would wait till later on in a cycle of Test E to start your Var? why not at the same time? Why end with the var?

No science. Some folks want to look as lean as possible towards the end of a cycle. Ending with var is not rule, just common. I've cycled with var on board an entire cycle.
