Are you eating??? If so, are you eating enough???? And if so, are you eating enough of the right stuff?????

Yes , I eat 4-6 times a Day, for example I wake up
Eat oatmeal and peanut butter sandwiches with a smoothie and glass of water
Then throughout the day I eat talapia fish, white rice, mixed vegetables, and a salad.. I drink plenty of water, so idk?
The problem lies in your diet & raised heart rate from exercise, gotta compensate for the burned cals, but if you're trying to bulk, cardio shouldn't put but a small dent in your surplus
Write down what you eat - hit the correct #'s daily and you'll make it
If not, you have a tape worm
