    What's going on with my weight

    So before I started working out I weighed 150 now I'm actually losing weight instead of gaining ... I'm 5"9
    Is this bad? And what does it mean

    Yes , I eat 4-6 times a Day, for example I wake up
    Eat oatmeal and peanut butter sandwiches with a smoothie and glass of water
    Then throughout the day I eat talapia fish, white rice, mixed vegetables, and a salad.. I drink plenty of water, so idk?

    The problem lies in your diet & raised heart rate from exercise, gotta compensate for the burned cals, but if you're trying to bulk, cardio shouldn't put but a small dent in your surplus
