Bodyfat%: 12-15 (im never sure but see pic)
Cycle: weeks 1-10 testosterone enanthate 500mg/wk
weeks 1-10 exemestane (forgot its brand name) 12.5 ED (will adjust accordingly)
PCT weeks 12-15: Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
Now I may do a peptide in pct as well as I have read many success stories in this regard and currently running igf lr3 alone and love it. My goal is to gain lean muscle and keep water retention down as much as possible. Im guessing thats where my AI comes into play.
Lean bulk diet: keeping it general.
Immediately upon wakening 24g whey with some orange juice
1st meal: 25-30g protein, 80g carbs, ~15g fat
2nd meal: same just different foods
Pwo shake: 48g protein 60-70g carbs minimal fats
3rd meal: 30-35g protein (chicken) 70g carbs (brown rice) 15-20g fat (olive oil and margerine in spinach)
4th meal: 25-30g protein 50-60g carbs 10g fats
5th meal: 25-30g protein 20-30g carbs 10gfats
6th meal: 30g protein (bed time so nothing else)
Been following this for a while and seems like this will work for me. I tried to be as thorough as possible and forgive me if I left something out. Let me know if this looks solid fellas. Thanks
