    Check list for first cycle

    Hey everyone. I think I have my stuff together and just need to dot some I's and cross some T's.

    Age:24
    Height:5' 11"
    Weight:225 lbs.
    Bodyfat%: 12-15 (im never sure but see pic)

    Cycle: weeks 1-10 testosterone enanthate 500mg/wk
    weeks 1-10 exemestane (forgot its brand name) 12.5 ED (will adjust accordingly)

    PCT weeks 12-15: Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
    Now I may do a peptide in pct as well as I have read many success stories in this regard and currently running igf lr3 alone and love it. My goal is to gain lean muscle and keep water retention down as much as possible. Im guessing thats where my AI comes into play.

    Lean bulk diet: keeping it general.
    Immediately upon wakening 24g whey with some orange juice
    1st meal: 25-30g protein, 80g carbs, ~15g fat
    2nd meal: same just different foods
    Pwo shake: 48g protein 60-70g carbs minimal fats
    3rd meal: 30-35g protein (chicken) 70g carbs (brown rice) 15-20g fat (olive oil and margerine in spinach)
    4th meal: 25-30g protein 50-60g carbs 10g fats
    5th meal: 25-30g protein 20-30g carbs 10gfats
    6th meal: 30g protein (bed time so nothing else)

    Been following this for a while and seems like this will work for me. I tried to be as thorough as possible and forgive me if I left something out. Let me know if this looks solid fellas. Thanks

    It's a long ester. You need to extend it to at least 12 weeks IMHO and split your injections. Realize that it's not really going to kick in until 4 weeks or so depending on metabolism.
    Consider HCG during cycle?

    From your avi I'd say 15-16% or so

    Cycle Looks well laid out. I would add hcg tho. Gl bro!

    This^^ 12 weeks should be minimum for test-e. and HCG will help with testicular atrophy and recovery. 500 iu/wk (250iu twice a week 3.5 days apart) For those who cycle HCG is should be always included.
    I would also recommend NAC liver support 600mg ed, and Cialis 5mg ed for prostate and many other benefits.
    Keep your eye on blood work, donate blood 8th week of your cycle and post PCT if needed to keep blood from getting thick.

    I would donate pre, mid and post cycle personally.

    Thanks guys. My protein falls between 230-250g , ~380g carbs, 70-100g fat so total calorie count is roughly 2500 daily. Havent actually counted in a long time but this site has motivated me to get more strict with my diet. And I definitely am considering the hcg I am just kind of a puss and dont want any extra injections. The test injections are gonna be hard enough.lol but I definitely would like to keep some natty test going so I would definitely consider it if you guys think it helps with test recovery afterwards. If so I have to look up injection protocols for that. Would 5000 IU be enough for the cycle? Im likely going to order enough for more than 10 weeks so I can do 12. Thanks guys

    I'd put your diet up for critique in the nutrition section, as you know from reading here, results are all dependent on diet.

    Yeah I gotcha. I actually posted my diet and this is the refined diet I have now. I am very familiar with my body and how much it takes to gain/lose so I think I can capitalize on this cycle. Ive actually always wanted to get into bodybuilding but just dont want to do all the steroids to get the winning physique. But its still an option. Im more conserned about controlling estrogen sides. I tried the proho halodrol and gained a solid 10 lbs after pct. But t-bol doesnt aromatize so I havent had any experience with water retention and estro sides and to say the least I am still very nervous about it and want to make sure I can have a smooth cycle and pct.
