Var Cycle
Hello everyone I really would like to run a var only cycle because I have never tried any type of steroids and I would just like to experiment first. Also I would like to run only 1 cycle of 60mg/day for 8 weeks. I am 20 years old almost 21 at 130 pounds standing 5'4 at 15% bf.I have been training 2 years on and off with the past 7 months being very dedicated and consistent with my training. I put on 23 pounds and I would like to take var because I want gains in some LBM and some loss of BF. Gains are very hard to come by now so I would like to try this as my option. I know people will say I am to small but 130 is a very ideal weight for my height. Most people tell me I'm very stalky for my height which I guess is a good thing. So any advice would be nice fellas

I think your doing just fine with out any kind of powerful hormones that are going to screw up your natural balance, you making good progress and gains that will stick all natty. Why go throw a wrench in all your hard work. PPl dont realize how ingesting hormones can and will screw you up at your age.

What's wrong-
Oral only cycle is a terrible idea
8 weeks is too long for an oral cycle
Your 20 yrs old too young to shut your system down
Your 130 lbs too light and is not ideal weight for your height
You have not been training long enough.
What you should do-
Learn to eat more and better
Keep training hard.

Now I did my research on this of course and all I see about it is a temporary shutdown. I know var cycles are run with test e but I'm not willing to do test I'm just to scared to do it. Don't laugh at me when I say this but I still am a virgin so I don't know if that makes a difference with being shutdown or not.

I just do a lot of reading on the topic and everyone who has done it has seen no sides while others saw temporary sides. I'm just angry that I'm not getting bigger or stronger and it's been like this for almost 1 1/2 months. For example im stuck benching 205 4x6 and I know people say maxing is stupid but I do it to see if my strength has progressed and with that I'm sill stuck at 230 max.

Protein 160g
Fats 60g
Carbs 300g
See what that does.
That's if you want to gain.

Goals for me are 150 pounds at 7-8 bf with great vascularity and massive legs. Also would like my chest to get a little bit bigger and would like 16-17 inch arms. Obviously when it comes to bodybuilding goals are just temporary as you will always crave more even after your goals.

I'd suggest one or the other for 8-12 weeks and then re-evaluate. Lean bulk using the above macros's and continually monitor results and adapt the cals and macros's accordingly.
Start a log in the nutrition forum so you can
A) be accountable
