    Best PH

    Couldn't find a PH thread so I decided to post here.

    Want to see what you all think the best bulking PH is. I want good gains in size, don't care about strength much, and I want to keep it on! was browsing all night. Superdrol just seems I mise well use real gear.

    Im a competitive bodybuilder just starting out with gear. Diets, sleep, and training are all on point.

    So for a first time user- who has never even taken a test booster- take a cycle of test 500mg alone or with a compound?

    At 20yrs old PH or AAS are a BIG NO NO and if you cant gain size at your age your either not eating enough or training correctly and in my opinion it will be a mixture of both, you may think your training hard enough and eating right but if you were at your age you would be adding muscle tissue each week. The answer to your problem isn't PH/AAS its food and training and learn how to do both properly first.....hope you see the light

    Not at all. Ive got the basics on point, been lifting since 15, competing for two years. Im not trying to merely be a big guy, I am trying to go to the next level; go pro.

    Working on transferring pics from phone. But I leaned down to around 7% for show then 4-5% about a month later, held for about two weeks. It was really hard to keep that. Bulkin back up again, so im probably around 7-8% at 200lbs.

    That's why I asked you can't keep it that low very long. I've gotten to somewhere between 5-7 for a show. Held it for about a day after. Lol

    Are you doing teen? Natty ? Or NPC?

    The only good 'PH's' that I know of are actually just designer oral AAS.
    Superdrol,,,M1T,,,HDROL,,,XTREN
