    Quad Injections?

    When doing a quad injection should I stand up or be seated. Because last time I did a quad injection on the side. I was sore as HELL I mean literally my leg hurt. I am thinking my muscle was too tight upon doing injection. Maybe I need to stand up and take that leg off the ground, so it's relaxed as possible?

    I cant do quads cause of pip. I do seated with legs relaxed. my buddy loves quads and cant do traps. and I love traps.. to each his own
