Thread: Weight - 144 lbs Height - 170 cms

    Hi I am from India and new to AAS world. I have not yet started my cycle but want to start soon. My current bf is 15%. Goals are to gain muscle mass. My age is 24 years. I am on and off from training since 3-4 years but currently training from past 8 mnths regular. I am working and spend an hour in travelling and then 9 hours of rigorous office shift then again travel for an hour. Go to gym in the evening. I eat clean and know the in and out the training. But my weight got stuck now. I am taking enough calories to maintain my weight. Taking Whey and casein as dietary supplement for protein requirement. Winters are about to start in November here. So want to start my first cycle.

    Need advice on the type of diet and the training program I should follow and the best steroid cycle for me. Thanks.

    Forget about AAS. Focus on your diet first .

    If you're eating enough to maintain your weight and want to gain weight add 500-1000 calories to your diet.

    Hit up the nutrition forum. You don't want to hear this but 140lbs and 15% bf I think you can still get leaner and gain natty

    Thanks for the advice guys. Could you please let me know wen can I start my cycle or I can never do ?
    Since I want to pack on the muscle mass not the unwanted fat, It's quite a tough challenge with such busy schedule that was the reason I wanted to do AAS.

    With or without, it will still take a lengthy commitment to gain mass.

    If you can't eat enough to gain with your schedule then aas is not the answer. You won't gain as much from your cycle and you will loose probably all of your gains. I think you should start in the nutrition section and get your meal plan sorted out. You can make tremendous gains from that alone. Once you have the nutrition part down then start reading and learning so that down the road you can make an informed decision to cycle or not. Read the beginner cycle stickys and steroids and the young. Good luck

    Most people begin weightlifting weighing more than 144. Hit that kitchen hard, you got a lot room to grow naturally, forget about steroids.

    If you can't gain weight naturally, you won't gain it on steroids either.
