I have a question concerning Arimidex . It's recommended to take .25 mg eod but these pills are so small that the most I'm able to split them without crumbs/dust is in halves. Would it be ok to take .50mg eod or every 3-4 days?

every 3 days should be ok So long as you monitor with blood work as indicated in the article. Or go with liquid form.

Wait until our 24 or 25 before you start your first cycle. With diet and a good program you can get everything you want natty.

250 is not enough. 17% BF, personally, I would cut down a bit first.

I've heard scare stories of pct with clomid and nolva like they have bad potentially permanent side effects such as affecting eye sight etc..
Is there a safer alternative for pct or am I just worrying for no reason?

There are scary stories about everything. Clomid is not any more dangerous than steroids . There are no alternatives currently.

Thank you for quick reply learning so much am wondering what disadvantages are there to take steroids at bf of say 20%? Will u still put on muscle? Say a person who is not in good shape takes steroids and fixes his diet/training would he still put on muscle mass? As I've heard steroids are only useful if u have a good foundation but I don't see why an unfit person who fixes up his diet/training while taking steroids can't put on decent muscle mass

Do you prefer using Arimidex on cycle instead of Aromasin because it's non-steroidal?

Adex works virtually instantly, where aromasin takes over a weak to get serum levels up. Aromasin is good, but it's weaker than adex. I find adex easier to manage. That's why I prefer adex.

Hello everyone, I am planning my very first cycle and I would like to receive some critique on it, so feel free to point to anything you think I am missing. Here are my stats:
I am 31 years old male
5’9” tall
180 pounds
6 % body fat

I had been training for the last 5 years and had built a nice and lean physique but I feel I am at plateau. I have no injuries.
My goal is to add 6 to 8 pounds of lean muscle. I am posting my pics at the end.
I just got my lab work today; I will make a different post to consult you guys on that.

Here is what I am planning:

Week 1 to 12: Test E at 400 mg per week (200mg every 3.5 days)
Week 1 to 12: hCG at 500 IU per wee (250 IU every 3.5 days)
Week 1 to 12: Adex at 0.50mg every 3 days
Week 1 to 12: Finasteride (propecia) at 1.25 mg per day

PCT:

I will wait 14 days after my last shoot of test E then:

Clomid at 75/50/50/50 & Nolva at 40/20/20/20

Just to be clear here: Clomid at 75mg per day the first week and 50mg per day the other three weeks of pct. Nolva at 40mg per day the first week and 20 per day the other three weeks of the pct.
I also plan blood work at the beginning of week 7 and after my pct. I will then wait at least 18 weeks to start a second cycle.

Between the Test E, hCG , Arimidex /Aromasin , Nolvadex , Clomid, and possible Raloxifene with respect to the 18 week total cylce, what do you think the strain is on a healthy liver?

Just curious, I know you don't recommend it, but what about Letrozole use on the liver?

If you get low enough its possible. But if you PCT with Tamoxifen as suggested, that will not be an issue.

So I have a question about HCG . I'm sure alot of you are familiar with Rich Piana's youtube videos. For those of you that aren't he explained (and this made sense to me) that you are supposed to run hcg with your pct and NOT during your cycle because otherwise you would be sending mixed signals to your body. Injecting synthetic versions of testosterone will temporary shut down your testes and then if you were to inject HCG with that it would be stimulating your testes to produce. To me that sounds counter productive. Why would I want my testes to produce anyways while im on a cycle? Wouldn't I be relying on the test im injecting into my body anyways? I guess I'm just confused as both sources seem like they are genuinely trying to help people yet they have very different opinions. Anyone can get big, Mezz. It doesnt mean he is healthy. Far from it if you ask me. He and his coach are stuck in the 70's and they won't change their ways. Have you ever noticed that they never, ever, not once answer any questions with any intelligent dialogue? No real explanations. Just street talk. These guys really and truly have no clue how the male endocrine system works. Both of them are quite an embarrassment to the community.

I know a lot of people look up to "big guys", but that doesn't mean they are healthy and/or smart. Certainly not the case with Piana.
