I am currently receiving free TRT at the Department of Veteran Affairs Hospital as a benefit of being a compensated veteran. Problem is that they are frugal with my dosage and prefer to keep me in the lower half of the range. Furthermore, they don't believe in the need for HCG or Anastrozole. Prior to receiving my care at the VA, I received my TRT from increasemyt dot com and valued the HCG and Anastrozole.
While my treatment at the VA is free, I am concerned that it is hardly ideal. I have read many forums on the importance of HCG to preserve my testes size as well as adding test to my system. Furthermore, an anti e is valuable for many reasons.
I am looking at transferring my care to someplace like lowtestosterone dot com as result of this despite the added costs.
I am hoping to start my second cycle soon too!

I am 45 male 6 f 205lb slim build .. hard to put on mass but very fast matable.. i am currently take t400 stacked with deca 2cc every 3days and 3ui of hgh per day.. what i am wanting to know is what are good add on to take will on a cycle and how long i should cycle for and also what are reliable post and per cycle products.. I have avatar on order but at my age i would just like go to straight hgh.. thank you for any comments
Everyone says you must start with a good "core" before starting anabolic steroids. Can someone explain or direct me to what a good "core" is. I haven't exercised since High School weights and Football.

And very simply, I would say depending on your age, you have a ton of natural genetic potential you can work with before you would want to gear up. Dial in your training and diet and get some solid gains first.

I guess my question is, what is considered a good core? Please excuse my ignorance but what does that mean? I do not want to get too aggressive before I am ready and end up injuring myself. I have already started a diet based on muscle fitness. I want to build stamina and bulk quickly, but when I come here it says (of course I am paraphrasing here) "Calm down and exercise first before starting a cycle." So I might be putting the cart before the horse, but where do I need to be to place the horse, first?
Did you read the beginning of this thread? The original post. He lays out exactly what it means to have a good base to build on. I believe that is what you are referring to by core.

Hi, I decided that I am not ready for steroids right now, I took 30mg of D bol yesterday and 20mg today, and I will not take any tomorrow, this is my first cycle and my friend who was guiding me has vanished, I would like to stop properly, I have tamoxabolic, and arimibolic, how much if any do I take and for how long. this was a mistake, thanks for any advice

Do I have to be worried about anything? Or will this have an affect on me when cycling?
I read in one of your write ups that Raloxifene can be used in monitored dosages to help reverse gyno? Could I use this on my cycle? If you can give me any tips or advice it would mean a lot.

^ Jumanji, I am not an advocate of using Tren for a 1st cycle. Please pay close attention to segment # 6 in this article. We have many users that can help you, but you'll need to start a new thread. I don't give advice on Trenbolone usage. Other members are better suited.

Hello all and Ty for all the info to this point(been trolling for months). 38, 5'8", 191, working out off and on about 20+yrs, lifting steady the last 4 and have used 3 pro hormone cycles. Good work ethic and diet is pretty tight. 12-15%bf goin for 10% or less before I start my first cycle which leads me to the reason for this post.
Ordered the Novice Cycle 1 from this site:
12 weeks Test e-500mg per week (250 every third day)
First 6 weeks dianabol 25mg ed (split am/pm)
40/40/20 nolvadex weeks 15-17
Now thinkin I need to order hcg and what "must have" sups everbody suggests. Any and all insight, hindsight, foresight, and hell even mystical premonitions are welcome. Don't want to waste any time or muscle on this cycle. Really dont wanna screw myself up either so turning this over to the pros. I realize many of you have prob read this nearly exact post a hundred times so I thank you in advance for all your help.

Following a cycle, wait period and then PCT, would it be recommended to start another cycle immediately afterwards to maintain gains? Hypothetically, if one were to go on vacation following PCT and stayed off cycle would their be negative effects? Thanks!

This all seems a bit over whelming and there seems know why to simplify it . I'm 45 years old is there a simple way to this or because I am the age I am do I have to follow this to the T ? It can all become a bit confusing . I've been training since 26 4 to 5 times a week . I'm at the age where I see know results so I'm researching but my head is spinning from all the info lol

You are exactly right you should plan out what every move you plan on doing for your first cycle and keep to it! It is very hard to stay focused but if you have the determination you can do it and it will make you feel something that you never felt before, the fact that you are a winner to yourself and just keep in mind what your goals are and you can make it every workout.

With the recommended 1st cycle, I'm assuming it is geared towards the guys. I have been making my way through the information slowly so I apologise if it is posted elsewhere but what about a recommended 1st cycle for a female looking purely for strength gains? I have seen a lot of posts for Var and think that is the way to go for now, but I saw the warning about avoiding orals as a first cycle?

Austinite, do you recommend cycle time + pct = Time off for every cycle or only for someones first time? Would it depend on goals? I would say I'm doing it for the love of bodybuilding with the possibility of competing in some small local competitions, but mostly just because I want more. Posting, wish I could have read that a month ago before I started researching. It would have saved me a lot of time. Was great to read about all other factors, not just the gear. After reading it sounds like I should train for another 4-5 months to complete a full year of rigorous training ( been lifting on and off for years ) and clean eating, supplements etc...
