So just started up my cycle today following the guidelines set out on this thread.
I have however come across a few articles stating to continue running HCG after your last Test E shot up to 3 days prior to PCT? I can do either as I will have left over HCG that is only going to be thrown out regardless...
One other thing.. I'm also running CJC1295 w/Ipamorelin 1 shot before bed. Done some research and found nothing to state any reason why I can't use this during cycle but would like to clarify that alongside the HCG and Test E?

Never used peptides but run the hcg up to 3 days before pct.

Great post. I would add the importance of blood testing during and after the cycle. Its really the only way to truly know what your levels are and if your protocol is successful. I tried the guessing route and that was disasterous. This is especially true for people newer to the game.
Obviously you can't get tested from your doctor for this. I use a company called INDUR. Thave have a during and post cycle panel built and its pretty affordable. https://getindur.com/anabolic-steroi...ing-cycle.html

I've seen this question as well a few times ( and asked it myself) the general consensus was that it makes no difference whatsoever and you can inject both at the same time.

i just wanted to say thank you, this was very helpful and ove decided to wait at least a year til im 24 to start a cycle in a year or so and work on bringing my weight up and getting my diet perfect , it stopped me from doing possible alot of harm to myself since the idea of doing a cycle was from some friends to run a anadrol cycle without a pct.
if i didnt find this or look anything up i would have been fucked thanks again

Brand new to this world. After chatting with some knowledgable folks about PCT and other steps in this planning list I'm wanting to ask if anyone here actually follows these steps?

Unfortunately a ton of people don't take the time to educate themselves on how to run a successful first cycle. Which is why so many then show up on forums with issues and asking for help. It's far more complicated than just injecting a substance and hoping for the best. Carelessness in any aspect of life usually does not pay off in the end, right!
You're shutting down your HPTA. Take it seriously, follow the precautions laid out in this thread and you'll have the best chance of staying healthy, strong and able to run many more productive cycles in the future. Now that you've read this sticky and have better knowledge you're leaps and bounds above "most that you know." Do not take advice from them.

I studied it and read word for word and applied the info only after I understood perfectly what Austinite wrote. My first cycle was a great success and I'm atleast a little more knowledgeable about AAS and cycling.
I ran my cycle with my lifting partner who did not use this guide and my results and cycle success was way above his, who was actually using more gear than I was.Last edited by fit_deskjocky; 04-28-2017 at 10:37 AM.

I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. I've lifted for a long time and I think I'm finally ready to do my first cycle. This post is the single best write up I've seen for a beginner looking for everything in one spot. I plan to do some additional research over the next couple of months using this post as a basis. I certainly will. I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, but I figured my first order of business would be to get blood work done. I'm in New York so I'm unable to go through a private lab. I noticed some members travel out of state. I did some research and I found a company in Florida that offers a way around this. This is from the FAQ on their website:
Will I receive a script for these blood tests?
You will receive a LabCorp “Patient Service Center request form” in the mail (USPS First Class) which you will take with you for the blood draw. (Residents of New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island will receive a blood draw kit due to state law and additional draw fees may apply.) These requisition forms or kits usually arrive within 7-10 business days from the time of order.
I was just curious if anyone has tried anything like this.

Austinite,
I was considering juicing but saw this and changed my mind. I was at GNC getting some pre workout and saw shred Jym pills and noticed it has synephrine, green tea extract, caffeine and a few other ingredients, but was missing the chromium. You should check out the ingredients and see if that's a suitable supplement to use to help people get rid of the fat. Just saying. Do you think taking that with some pre workout would be too much caffeine?

Probably a question for the Supplementation Forum, but Shred JYM has 200mg of caffeine. Which is lower than most preworkouts. It's the equivalent of around 2 cups of coffee which isn't bad. The Green Tea extract is in there to increase your metabolism those doses are split up over 6 capsules. If stims effect you or you workout later in the evening, you could go with a stim free preworkout

Hi,
Thanks for great advice on a first cycle. I have a question. I've searched and haven't come up with it on my own so maybe you can just point me in the right direction.
I'm 51. 6'. 180#. 8.2% BF (TRT) 1st cycle...not really a cycle since it's permanent ...200mg weekly, 100 x2. Ectomorphic.
I'm looking for a classic physique. Gain 10-15 muscle, stay under #200. Suggestions on either a cycle or where to look?

Hi Jetlag. The cycle listed at the top of this thread is perfect for you. Plus your chances of keeping more of what you gain are exponentially better since you're on TRT. Other than that it's all nutrition and training. Visit the Nutrition Forum and list your goals there. Basically free Nutritionists to help. Doesn't get much better than that.
And welcome to the forum.

Thanks and Thanks Kelkel. When I reread #6 I realized there was a bit I had missed. I had jumped to cycle #2 because on TRT and what I thought I remembered reading that I was basically on a continuous cycle already.
I'm guessing tho that that's more like a blast and cruise?
And I totally get the nutrition and training comment too. When I first started TRT I was sort of pissed because I thought people would think I got what I did, less than 10% BF and a 25# gain over the previous 7 months because of TRT and not nutrition and training.
I'm over that now but it was a passing thought.
