Austinite, I tried to estimate the TDEE using your method and the result is different compared with other methods.
My stats:
Height: 5 ft 10 in
Weight: 173 lbs
Age: 31
Body fat: around 10-12%
If I calculate using your formula I get: TDEE = (174 - 174 x 0.12) x 15 = 2297
If I use the Harris Benedict Equation I get:
BMR (Basal metabolic rate) = 1822
TDEE = 1822 x 1.725 (very active) = 3142

It seems that your method does not take into account the activity factor. I think I'm very active, I do weight training 1.5h x 6 days, biking/hiking/running/walking 15-20 hours a week (at least during the summer). How can I include these factors into your method for calculating the TDEE?

Well, your results will always be different, especially if you don't know your body fat. There's a big difference between 10 and 12 percent. You should know your BF, using a range is not a good idea at all.
Anyway, Try whichever TDEE you feel comfortable with. There is no possible way to get an accurate TDEE using any calculator whatsoever. The only real way is to attach a calorie burn counter on your body all day. That would also mean that your TDEE would be adjusted daily.
That being said, remember, TDEE is an estimate only. So any TDEE you use, will be a "start". From there, you will know fairly quickly if your TDEE is accurate or not, and so you will make adjustments as you go. It's just a starting point. TDEE is tough at start, but you'll get there.
i have a question about pct's and ai's are they inject-able or orals? and depending and what type how do you half the dosages of them?

These are not really questions related to this topic. There is never a first cycle (under my recommendation) that will require 3ml injections. That being said, 3ml is not the limit, I don't think I ever said that. And any injectable compounds can be combined together.

Im 22, 6'1" 200 lbs Im running test cyp 250 and deca 300 every 4 days, along with 40 mg of debol a day. I'm early into my cycle but have some questions about estrogen blockers and pct. I have arimadex for flair ups and nova for pct. might get some hcg for pct. just wondering if I should run al or nova throughout my cycle starting even though I have no side effects. As for pct I plan on taking my last test shot 2 weeks after deca then starting nova 1 week after last shot. Only useful info please. Thanks!
I'm in week 2 of Test C 400mg/week. My HCG should arrive this afternoon. Should I start right away with 250iu or inject a little more the first time since I'm starting it late?

This is possibly the single best primer on the subject i have ever seen, and I read a lot. I find myself coming back to this thread every time i over-analyze something and make things too complicated. Sure wish there had been a source like this when I did my first cycle in way back '95. Thank you for this post, #5's post regarding blood work is a first for me. I will definitely take this into account when considering my first cycle. Question regarding #3's body fat percentage.. what does anyone consider too high? I have never really taken an official body fat percentage, but according to some pictures off google, I should fall between 15-20%. Probably toward the lower end of 15%. My training has been solid for a decade (18-28 years old) with considerable gains in strength and no injuries in the past.
I'm here in Colombia and my friend can get me two types of test.
1. Polysteron 250 (cheaper)
2. Ciclopentil Propionato 250mg - Testex
Would I run any of these at 500mg/week also? Do I still use HCG and Adex twice a week with any of these?

Polysteron is sustanon, a mix of esters.
I don't know what the other one is.
You need hCG and adex with any cycle.
